【摘要】：作為社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷過(guò)程的載體,城市化與社會(huì)政策和制度密切相關(guān),通過(guò)制度性投入,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新與再造,尤其是改變城鄉(xiāng)人口分布結(jié)構(gòu)是中國(guó)城市化的中心議題。當(dāng)前中國(guó)城市化的難點(diǎn)是由鄉(xiāng)村向城市轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中所引發(fā)的各種制度性問(wèn)題,只有在戶籍改革的基礎(chǔ)之上加強(qiáng)社會(huì)保障、住房等制度投入,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的善治。
[Abstract]:As the carrier of the process of social structure change, urbanization is closely related to social policies and institutions. Through institutional input, the innovation and reengineering of social structure, especially the change of urban and rural population distribution structure, is the central topic of urbanization in China. At present, the difficulty of urbanization in China is all kinds of institutional problems caused by the transition from village to city. Only by strengthening social security, housing and other institutional inputs on the basis of household registration reform, can good governance of urban and rural integration be realized.
