【摘要】：社會(huì)控制理論是解釋和解決我國目前青少年犯罪預(yù)防與矯正綜合治理模式的重要依據(jù),社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的目標(biāo)與社會(huì)控制的目標(biāo)并不矛盾。兩種理論取向的整合,將有助于認(rèn)識(shí)我國傳統(tǒng)的青少年犯罪預(yù)防和矯正模式在理念和管理體制上存在的問題,建構(gòu)真正具備綜合、系統(tǒng)特征的青少年犯罪預(yù)防與矯正社會(huì)服務(wù)體系,做到個(gè)人層面的偏差行為的預(yù)防與控制。
[Abstract]:The theory of social control is an important basis to explain and solve the current comprehensive management model of juvenile delinquency prevention and correction in China. The goal of social support network theory is not contradictory to the goal of social control. The integration of the two theoretical orientations will help us to understand the problems existing in the traditional mode of prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency in our country, and to construct a truly comprehensive model for the prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency. Systematic characteristics of juvenile delinquency prevention and correction of social service system to achieve personal level of deviant behavior prevention and control.
