【摘要】：正如何在原有警力不變、投入不變的情況下,最大限度地提升公安隊伍的戰(zhàn)斗力?去年以來,北京市公安局進行警力配置改革,啟動"最小作戰(zhàn)單元"的勤務模式,10個試點派出所警情下降5%,刑事案件破案率上升了8%,刑事拘留人數(shù)上升了4%,治安拘留人數(shù)上升了40%,抓獲現(xiàn)行人數(shù)上升了38%。
[Abstract]:How can we maximize the combat effectiveness of the public security force when the original police force remains unchanged and input remains unchanged? Since last year, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau has carried out police force allocation reform. Starting the "minimum combat unit" service mode, the police situation at the 10 pilot police stations dropped by 5, the criminal case detection rate rose by 8, the number of criminal detainees rose by 4, the number of public security detainees increased by 40, and the current number of people arrested rose by 38 percent.
