犯罪青少年的道德情緒及其與社會行為的關(guān)系

【摘要】： 自20世紀(jì)80年代起,青少年犯罪問題越來越嚴(yán)重,成為世界三大公害之一,成為一個嚴(yán)重的社會問題受到社會各界普遍關(guān)注。對青少年犯罪心理和行為的研究已經(jīng)成為心理學(xué)家、犯罪行為學(xué)家、特殊教育專家共同關(guān)注的課題。 目前,我國正在積極構(gòu)建和諧社會,而青少年犯罪率卻居高不下,嚴(yán)重地影響著社會、家庭的安寧,影響著國家的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和青少年的健康成長,無疑成為和諧社會的不和諧音符。對犯罪青少年的已有研究主要涉及的是犯罪者的人格特征、人格類型、個性特征、心理健康狀況等方面。但是對犯罪青少年的研究較少針對犯罪青少年道德情緒方面的研究。鑒于此,本研究對青少年服刑人員這一特殊群體進(jìn)行研究,試圖了解他們道德情緒的特征及對其行為決策的影響,以期為青少年犯罪的預(yù)防、犯罪青少年的教育提供一些建議。 本研究以自編的青少年道德情境故事問卷為工具,以犯罪青少年和普通高中生為被試,研究了犯罪青少年內(nèi)疚、同情、憤怒三種道德情緒的特點(diǎn)及其對犯罪青少年的補(bǔ)償行為、助人行為、攻擊行為的影響。 通過本研究主要得出了以下結(jié)論: 1犯罪青少年內(nèi)疚、同情、憤怒三種道德情緒的強(qiáng)度均顯著低于普通青少年。犯罪青少年比普通青少年做出了顯著更少的外顯補(bǔ)償行為和更少的內(nèi)部幫助行為,比普通青少年做出了顯著更多的內(nèi)部攻擊行為和外顯攻擊行為。 2當(dāng)受傷害者是陌生人時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)疚水平明顯低于受害者為其他三種情況時;當(dāng)受傷害者是自己的好朋友時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)疚水平明顯高于受害者為其他三種情況時;當(dāng)受傷害者是與自己有矛盾的同學(xué)時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)疚水平明顯高于受害者是普通同學(xué)時。當(dāng)他人造成身體傷害時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)疚水平明顯低于對他人造成名譽(yù)傷害和財產(chǎn)損失時;當(dāng)對他人造成名譽(yù)傷害時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)疚水平明顯高于對他人造成財產(chǎn)損失時。 3當(dāng)受傷害者是陌生人時,犯罪青少年的同情水平顯著高于受害者是與自己有矛盾的人和自己的朋友時;當(dāng)受傷害者是朋友時,犯罪青少年的同情水平明顯高于受害者為與自己有矛盾的同學(xué)時。 4當(dāng)受傷害者是自己時,犯罪青少年的憤怒水平明顯高于受害者為其他人時 5當(dāng)受傷害者是自己的好朋友,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部補(bǔ)償行為明顯多于受害者為其他三種情況時;當(dāng)受傷害者是與自己有矛盾的同學(xué)時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部補(bǔ)償行為明顯少于受害者為其他三種情況時;當(dāng)對他人造成財產(chǎn)損失時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部補(bǔ)償行為明顯低于對他人造成名譽(yù)傷害和身體傷害時。當(dāng)受傷害者是與自己的好朋友,犯罪青少年的外顯補(bǔ)償行為明顯多于受害者為其他三種情況時;當(dāng)受傷害者是陌生人時,犯罪青少年的外顯補(bǔ)償行為明顯低于受害者為其他三種情況時;當(dāng)受傷害者是自己有矛盾的同學(xué)時,犯罪青少年的外顯補(bǔ)償行為明顯高于受害者是普通同學(xué)時。當(dāng)對他人造成身體傷害時,犯罪青少年的外顯補(bǔ)償明顯高于對他人造成財產(chǎn)損失時;當(dāng)對他人造成名譽(yù)損失時,犯罪青少年的外顯補(bǔ)償行為明顯高于對他人造成財產(chǎn)損失時。犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部補(bǔ)償行為明顯多于外顯補(bǔ)償行為。 6當(dāng)受傷害者是與自己有矛盾的同學(xué)時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部幫助行為明顯少于受害者為自己的朋友和陌生人時;當(dāng)受傷害者為陌生人時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部幫助行為顯著少于受害者為自己的朋友時。當(dāng)受傷害者是與自己有矛盾的同學(xué)時,犯罪青少年的外顯幫助行為明顯少于受害者為陌生人和自己的朋友時;當(dāng)受傷害者是朋友時,犯罪青少年的外顯幫助行為明顯高于受害者為陌生人時。犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部助人行為明顯多于外顯助人行為。 7當(dāng)受傷害者是自己時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部攻擊行為水平明顯高于受害者為其他兩種情況時,當(dāng)受傷害者是自己的好朋友時,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部攻擊行為水平明顯高于受害者為陌生人時。當(dāng)受傷害者是陌生人時,犯罪青少年的外部攻擊行為水平明顯低于受害者為其他兩種情況時;當(dāng)受傷害者是自己的好朋友時,犯罪青少年的外部攻擊行為明顯低于受害者為自己時。犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部攻擊行為和外顯攻擊行為的強(qiáng)度有顯著差異,犯罪青少年的內(nèi)部攻擊行為明顯多于外顯攻擊行為。 8犯罪青少年內(nèi)疚、同情、憤怒三種道德情緒之間均存在顯著正相關(guān);犯罪青少年內(nèi)疚、同情情緒與補(bǔ)償行為與助人行為間存在顯著正相關(guān),與攻擊行為存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān);憤怒與補(bǔ)償行為、內(nèi)部助人行為之間存在顯著正相關(guān);補(bǔ)償行為與助人行為間存在顯著正相關(guān)與攻擊行為存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),助人行為與攻擊行為存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the problem of juvenile delinquency has become more and more serious, and has become one of the three major hazards in the world. It has become a serious social problem that has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.
At present, China is actively building a harmonious society, but the rate of juvenile delinquency remains high, seriously affecting the social and family peace, affecting the country's modernization and healthy growth of young people, undoubtedly becoming a harmonious society's disharmonious notes. However, there are few studies on the moral emotion of juvenile delinquents. In view of this, this study studies the special group of juvenile prisoners, trying to understand the characteristics of their moral emotion and its impact on their behavior decision-making. The prevention of juvenile delinquency and the education of juvenile delinquents provide some suggestions.
In this study, adolescents'moral situation stories questionnaire was used to study the characteristics of three moral emotions of guilt, sympathy and anger, and their effects on compensatory behavior, helping behavior and aggressive behavior.
The following conclusions are drawn from this study.
1. The intensity of the three moral emotions of guilt, sympathy and anger of the juvenile delinquents was significantly lower than that of the ordinary juveniles.
When the victim is a stranger, the guilt level of the juvenile delinquent is obviously lower than that of the victim for the other three situations; when the victim is his good friend, the guilt level of the juvenile delinquent is obviously higher than that of the victim for the other three situations; when the victim is a classmate who has contradictions with himself, the guilt level of the juvenile delinquent delinquent is obviously higher than When the victim is an ordinary student, the guilt level of the juvenile delinquent is obviously lower than that of the other person when the victim is physically injured. When the victim is physically injured, the guilt level of the juvenile delinquent is obviously higher than that of the other person when the victim is injured.
When the victim is a stranger, the sympathy level of the juvenile delinquent is significantly higher than that of the victim who is in conflict with himself and his friends; when the victim is a friend, the sympathy level of the juvenile delinquent is significantly higher than that of the victim who is in conflict with himself.

When the victim is his good friend and the victim is obviously more than the other three cases, when the victim is his own contradictory classmate, the victim's internal compensation behavior is obviously less than the victim's for the other three cases, and when the victim causes property loss to others, the criminal is young and young. When the victim is a good friend of himself, the explicit compensation behavior of the juvenile delinquent is obviously more than that of the other three cases; when the victim is a stranger, the explicit compensation behavior of the juvenile delinquent is obviously lower than that of the victim. When the victim is his own contradictory classmate, the explicit compensation behavior of the juvenile delinquent is obviously higher than that of the ordinary classmate. The explicit compensation behavior is obviously higher than that of others, and the internal compensation behavior of juvenile delinquents is obviously more than that of explicit compensation behavior.
6. When the victim is a classmate who is in conflict with himself, the internal help behavior of the juvenile delinquent is obviously less than that of the victim for his friends and strangers; when the victim is a stranger, the internal help behavior of the juvenile delinquent is significantly less than that of the victim for his friends. When the victim is a friend, the explicit helping behavior of the juvenile delinquent is obviously higher than that of the victim. The internal helping behavior of the juvenile delinquent is obviously more than that of the explicit helping behavior.
7. When the victim is himself, the level of internal aggression of juvenile delinquents is obviously higher than that of the victim for the other two cases. When the victim is his good friend, the level of internal aggression of juvenile delinquents is obviously higher than that of the victim for the stranger. When the victim is a good friend of the victim, the external aggressive behavior of the juvenile delinquent is obviously lower than that of the victim himself. Explicit aggression.
There were significant positive correlations among guilt, sympathy and anger among juvenile delinquents; guilt, sympathy and compensatory behavior were positively correlated with helping behavior, but negatively correlated with aggressive behavior; anger and compensatory behavior were positively correlated with helping behavior; compensatory behavior was positively correlated with helping behavior. There was a significant positive correlation between human behavior and aggressive behavior, and a significant negative correlation between helping behavior and aggressive behavior.
