【摘要】：犯罪心理生理檢測的主題測試結論是通過比較分析相關反應、參照反應、基礎反應的相對強度形成的,不受被測人員心理素質影響;系統(tǒng)測試結論是綜合至少5個獨立且互補的主題測試結論形成的,基本排除了隨機性因素的影響,至少具備95％以上的準確性。犯罪心理生理檢測結論至多理解成被測人員是否了解案情,可以做間接證據(jù)使用,不能理解成被測人員是否實施了犯罪,不可以作為直接證據(jù)使用。
[Abstract]:The conclusion of the subject test of psychophysiology detection of crime is formed by comparing and analyzing the relative strength of the related reaction, referring to the reaction and the basic reaction, and is not affected by the psychological quality of the subjects. The system test conclusion is formed by synthesizing at least 5 independent and complementary thematic test conclusions, which basically excludes the influence of random factors and has at least 95% accuracy. The conclusion of psychophysiological detection of crime can be understood as whether the subject person knows the case, can be used as indirect evidence, and cannot be understood as whether the subject person has committed the crime or not, and can not be used as direct evidence.
