吉安市公安局六年連創(chuàng)佳績(jī)的幾點(diǎn)做法

【摘要】：吉安市公安局積極探索公安思想政治工作的新途徑、新方法 ,取得了較好的成效。從 1 995年以來(lái) ,連續(xù) 6年在全省公安機(jī)關(guān)目標(biāo)管理考評(píng)中奪優(yōu)達(dá)標(biāo) ,成為江西省公安系統(tǒng)唯一榮膺地、市公安局“六連優(yōu)”殊榮的先進(jìn)集體 ,實(shí)現(xiàn)了隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的持續(xù)輝煌。主要做法是 :定思路 ,始終注重隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的導(dǎo)向機(jī)制 ,引導(dǎo)全體民警朝著一個(gè)又一個(gè)奮斗目標(biāo)不斷前進(jìn) ;建班子 ,不斷強(qiáng)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子的率先垂范機(jī)制 ,逐步樹(shù)立一個(gè)好班子的形象 ;強(qiáng)舉措 ,適時(shí)調(diào)整隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制 ,從長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制上狠下功夫 ;抓創(chuàng)模 ,充分運(yùn)用隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制 ,積極營(yíng)造誰(shuí)創(chuàng)一流重獎(jiǎng)?wù)l ,誰(shuí)拿第一肯定誰(shuí) ,誰(shuí)有貢獻(xiàn)向誰(shuí)學(xué)習(xí)的良好氛圍 ;嚴(yán)警紀(jì) ,不斷完善隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的監(jiān)督機(jī)制 ,努力提高隊(duì)伍拒腐防變的能力。
[Abstract]:Ji'an Public Security Bureau has actively explored new ways and methods of public security ideological and political work, and has achieved good results. Since 1995, the public security bureau of Jiangxi Province has been awarded the honor of "six even excellent" in the evaluation of the target management of the public security organs in Jiangxi province for six consecutive years, and has become the only winning place in Jiangxi Province. It has realized the continuous brilliance of the construction of the team. The main methods are: setting up a train of thought, always paying attention to the guiding mechanism of team building, guiding all the police to constantly advance toward one goal after another, building a team and constantly strengthening the leading group's leading role model mechanism, Gradually set up the image of a good team; strengthen the measures; adjust the operational mechanism of the team building in a timely manner; work hard on the long-term mechanism; create a model; and make full use of the incentive mechanism for the building of the team. We should actively create a good atmosphere of who creates the first prize, who takes the first affirmation, and who has contributed to learning from whom; strict police discipline, constantly improve the supervision mechanism of team building, and strive to improve the ability of the team to resist corruption and prevent degeneration.
