【摘要】：我國特殊的戶籍制度約束了農(nóng)民的遷徙自由,從而從根本上制約了農(nóng)村的發(fā)展。為此,有必要把公民的遷徙和居住自由權(quán)重新寫入憲法,制定與我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的戶籍法律制度,廢除戶口登記,實行人口登記,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村戶籍管理和城市戶籍管理統(tǒng)一化,以從根本上保證農(nóng)民遷徙自由的實現(xiàn),推進社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The special household registration system restricts the peasants' freedom of migration and restricts the development of the countryside. For this reason, it is necessary to reintroduce the right to freedom of movement and residence of citizens into the Constitution, to formulate a legal system of household registration suitable for the economic and social development of our rural areas, to abolish household registration, and to carry out population registration. To realize the unification of rural household registration management and urban household registration management so as to guarantee the realization of peasants' freedom of migration and to promote the healthy development of socialist new rural construction.
