【摘要】：中國(guó)特色警學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論研究,緊緊圍繞黨和國(guó)家各個(gè)時(shí)期的中心工作,體現(xiàn)了公安工作的時(shí)代性進(jìn)步。但現(xiàn)有的研究仍缺乏系統(tǒng)性和條理性。警學(xué)理論的基礎(chǔ)研究要從對(duì)公安工作基本規(guī)律的把握展開,這是研究的邏輯起點(diǎn),而中國(guó)特警學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)的體系構(gòu)成應(yīng)包括對(duì)警學(xué)現(xiàn)象一般規(guī)律的研究,公安工作政治關(guān)系、行政關(guān)系、法律關(guān)系的研究以及公安工作改革與發(fā)展的研究。以此為基礎(chǔ),基礎(chǔ)研究對(duì)警學(xué)理論體系指導(dǎo)與公安工作實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:The research on the basic theory of the police science with Chinese characteristics closely revolves around the central work of the Party and the country in each period, which embodies the progress of the times in the public security work. However, the existing research is still lack of systematization and coherence. The basic research of the theory of police science should be carried out from the grasp of the basic law of public security work, which is the logical starting point of the study, and the system composition of the theoretical basis of China's special police science should include the study of the general law of the phenomenon of police science, the political relationship of public security work. Administrative relations, the study of legal relations and the reform and development of public security work. On this basis, basic research plays an important role in guiding the theoretical system of police science and the practice of public security work.
