【摘要】：正職務(wù)犯罪的預(yù)防,主要包含兩方面的工作:一是查找職務(wù)犯罪的危險源點。任何事物都有其固有的形成和發(fā)展規(guī)律,職務(wù)犯罪危險源點雖然變化無窮,但是仍然有規(guī)律可循;二是對已發(fā)現(xiàn)的職務(wù)犯罪危險源點進行適當(dāng)?shù)目刂?使職務(wù)犯罪行為難以轉(zhuǎn)化和完成。①筆者結(jié)合近年來在江蘇無錫地區(qū)多個重點行業(yè)、領(lǐng)域推行的風(fēng)險執(zhí)法評估、廉政風(fēng)險管理平臺以及危險源點排查等工作實踐,從理論上闡述職務(wù)犯罪危險源點的特征、查找途徑及控制措施,以期對職務(wù)犯罪進行有效預(yù)防。
[Abstract]:The prevention of positive duty crime mainly includes two aspects of work: one is to find the dangerous point of duty crime. Everything has its inherent law of formation and development. Although there are endless changes in the source of job-related crimes, there are still rules to follow; second, proper control of the discovered sources of risk for job-related crimes, It makes it difficult to transform and complete job-related crimes. 1 the author combines the practice of risk enforcement evaluation, clean government risk management platform and hazard source point investigation, which has been carried out in several key industries and fields in Wuxi area of Jiangsu Province in recent years. This paper expounds theoretically the characteristics of the dangerous point of duty crime, the way of searching and the control measures, in order to prevent the duty crime effectively.
