【摘要】： 未成年人犯罪一直是世界各國(guó)所共同面臨的一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問(wèn)題，這不僅影響到未成年人自己、家庭，而且也影響到整個(gè)國(guó)家乃至整個(gè)民族。如今“未成年人犯罪”在世界范圍內(nèi)已被列為吸毒販毒、環(huán)境污染之后的第三大公害。因此對(duì)分析未成年人犯罪的原因，對(duì)我們更好地預(yù)防未成年人犯罪有著重要的意義。 本研究以家庭功能理論、應(yīng)付方式理論為研究依據(jù)，采用家庭親密度和適應(yīng)性問(wèn)卷及家庭功能評(píng)定量表、應(yīng)付方式問(wèn)卷，評(píng)估并分析了未成年犯的家庭功能特點(diǎn)、影響因素及家庭功能對(duì)應(yīng)付方式的影響。 得出以下結(jié)果： ①朱成年犯家庭親密度和適應(yīng)性顯著差于中學(xué)生，其“刻板—疏遠(yuǎn)型”家庭類型的比例顯著高于中學(xué)生。 ②未成年犯的家庭功能與中學(xué)生的家庭功能存在顯著差異，主要是未成年犯家庭的溝通功能、情感功能的弱化。 ③未成年犯的家庭功能受父母婚姻狀況、父母文化、父母職業(yè)及家庭居住環(huán)境影響。 ④未成年犯與中學(xué)生相比，更傾向于采用退避、自責(zé)等消極應(yīng)付方式。 ⑤未成年犯家庭功能各個(gè)維度與其應(yīng)付方式的多個(gè)維度之間存在顯著或非常顯著的相關(guān)。未成年犯家庭功能影響其應(yīng)付方式，如：未成年犯家庭問(wèn)題解決功能對(duì)解決問(wèn)題、求助應(yīng)付方式有顯著影響；角色功能對(duì)自責(zé)應(yīng)付方式有顯著影響；家庭溝通功能對(duì)求助應(yīng)付方式有顯著影響。 總之，未成年犯的家庭功能存在明顯缺陷、弱化，未成年犯的應(yīng)付方式明顯消極，未成年犯的家庭功能影響其應(yīng)付方式。這提示：為了預(yù)防未成年人犯罪，我們必須提升未成年人的家庭功能和積極的應(yīng)付方式；為了很好地改造未成年犯，我們需要關(guān)注未成年犯的家庭功能，，并引導(dǎo)他們采用積極的應(yīng)付方式。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a serious social problem all over the world, which not only affects the minors themselves, families, but also affects the whole country and even the whole nation. Nowadays, juvenile delinquency has been listed as the third public hazard after drug use and drug trafficking and environmental pollution. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to analyze the causes of juvenile delinquency and to prevent juvenile delinquency better. Based on family function theory, coping style theory, family cohesion and adaptability questionnaire and family function assessment scale, this study assessed and analyzed the family function characteristics of juvenile delinquents. The influence of influencing factors and family function on coping style. The following results were obtained: (1) Zhu's family affinity and adaptability of adult offenders were significantly lower than those of middle school students. The proportion of "stereotyped and alienated" family type is significantly higher than that of middle school students. 2 the family function of juvenile delinquents is significantly different from that of middle school students, mainly the communication function of juvenile families. The family function of juvenile delinquents is affected by their parents' marital status, parents' culture, parents' occupation and family living environment. Negative coping styles such as avoidance self-accusation and so on. 5 there is significant or very significant correlation between each dimension of family function and multiple dimensions of coping style of juvenile delinquents. The family function of juvenile offenders affects their coping styles, such as: the family problem-solving function of juvenile offenders has a significant impact on problem-solving and help-seeking coping styles, the role function has a significant impact on self-accusation coping style; Family communication has a significant impact on help-seeking coping styles. In a word, the family function of juvenile criminals has obvious defects, weakening, the coping style of juvenile criminals is obviously negative, and the family function of juvenile criminals affects their coping style. This suggests that in order to prevent juvenile delinquency, we must enhance the family function and positive coping style of minors; in order to reform juvenile delinquents well, we need to pay attention to the family functions of juvenile delinquents. And lead them to adopt a positive coping style.
