【摘要】：正本文對(duì)402名溫州漢族無(wú)關(guān)個(gè)體DXS9898、DXS6800、DXS6810等3個(gè)X-STR基因座遺傳多態(tài)性多態(tài)性進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。1材料與方法樣本及DNA提取402名溫州漢族無(wú)關(guān)個(gè)體抗凝血液樣本,其中女220人、男182人,系本實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常檢案積累。采用Chelex-100法[1]提取DNA。擴(kuò)增及檢測(cè)3個(gè)基因座的引物序列參照基因組數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(www.gdb.org),由上海生工生物工程公司合成。PCR擴(kuò)增條件為94℃3min;94℃35s,58℃
[Abstract]:The genetic polymorphisms of three X-STR loci were investigated in 402 unrelated individuals of Wenzhou Han nationality, including DXS9898, DXS6800 and DXS6810. The results are as follows: 1 samples of materials and methods and 402 samples of anticoagulant blood extracted by DNA from unrelated individuals of Wenzhou Han nationality, of which 220 were women.
