【摘要】： 隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化,科學(xué)技術(shù)的突飛猛進,特別是科技轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)力的速度不斷加快,犯罪活動日趨科技化、智能化,對訴訟證據(jù)質(zhì)量的要求不斷提高。環(huán)境的變化,向培養(yǎng)刑事技術(shù)專門人才的公安高等院校,提出了更高的要求和目標(biāo)。為了適應(yīng)不斷變化的環(huán)境,抓住機遇,迎接挑戰(zhàn),必須加大刑事技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)改革力度,才能培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)未來社會發(fā)展需要和公安機制轉(zhuǎn)變需要的高素質(zhì)的刑事技術(shù)專業(yè)人才。 本文圍繞公安高等院校刑事技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)改革與評價展開分析和研究,首先回顧了刑事技術(shù)與刑事技術(shù)教學(xué)的發(fā)展,并對目前刑事技術(shù)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,然后在現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)團隊及教學(xué)評價幾個方面,指出目前刑事技術(shù)教學(xué)存在的主要問題。第三章是本文的主要部分,針對目前存在的主要問題,提出了公安高等院校刑事技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)改革的主要原則及在這個原則指導(dǎo)下具體改革的措施,由于實踐教學(xué)體系是公安高等院校刑事技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)中最具特色的部分,本文特別針對性的分析了實踐教學(xué)的模式體系的建立。第四章確定了刑事技術(shù)教學(xué)評價指標(biāo)及其權(quán)重,并用360度評價法對教學(xué)質(zhì)量進行評價。最后,以××警察學(xué)院為例,對公安高等院校刑事技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)改革與評價進行研究。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, the rapid development of science and technology, especially the speed of transforming science and technology into real productive forces, the criminal activities are becoming more and more scientific and intelligent, and the demand for the quality of litigation evidence is constantly raised. The change of environment puts forward higher request and goal to the public security colleges and universities that train specialized personnel of criminal technology. In order to adapt to the changing environment, seize the opportunity and meet the challenge, we must strengthen the reform of the criminal technology teaching, so as to cultivate the high-quality criminal technical talents who can meet the needs of the future social development and the change of the public security mechanism. Based on the analysis and research on the reform and evaluation of criminal technology teaching in public security colleges and universities, this paper first reviews the development of criminal technology and criminal technology teaching, and analyzes the present situation of criminal technology teaching. Then on the basis of the analysis of the present situation, this paper points out the main problems existing in the present criminal technology teaching from the aspects of teaching content, teaching method, teaching team and teaching evaluation. The third chapter is the main part of this paper, aiming at the main problems existing at present, it puts forward the main principles of the teaching reform of the criminal technology specialty in public security colleges and universities and the concrete reform measures under the guidance of this principle. As the practical teaching system is the most characteristic part of the criminal technology teaching in public security colleges and universities, this paper especially analyzes the establishment of the practical teaching mode system. The fourth chapter determines the evaluation index and weight of criminal technology teaching, and evaluates the teaching quality with 360 degree evaluation method. Finally, taking the 脳 脳 police academy as an example, this paper studies the teaching reform and evaluation of criminal technology major in public security colleges and universities.
