【摘要】：近年來，隨著時代的發(fā)展和社會形勢的變化，公安機關責任的日益重要，與之息息相關的警察形象建設也已經(jīng)由公安系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部事務向社會化過渡。在當代警察形象建設過程中，涉警輿論監(jiān)督的作用必不可少。由此，加強和改善涉警輿論監(jiān)督與警察形象建設的關系也越來越迫切。 雖然經(jīng)過幾年時間，涉警輿論監(jiān)督在我國已經(jīng)有了一定的發(fā)展，對公安機關、警察形象建設和媒體成長都起到了一定的推動作用。但兩者自身的現(xiàn)狀還不容樂觀，，關系也有待進一步調(diào)整、磨合：一些媒體對涉警輿論監(jiān)督報道的不當處理甚至虛假報道、惡意評價，一些公安機關對新聞媒體抵觸、“不合作”，在某些地方甚至出現(xiàn)了新聞媒體與公安機關的緊張對峙狀態(tài)。 健康的涉警輿論監(jiān)督與良好的警察形象建設對于現(xiàn)代社會都具有重要意義，要從矛盾的對立統(tǒng)一立場，對二者關系進行分析并努力尋找解決途徑，完成合理構建，以實現(xiàn)雙方的良性互動，共同促進和保障社會公正。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the times and the change of the social situation, the responsibility of the public security organs is becoming more and more important. The construction of the police image, which is closely related to it, has also changed from the internal affairs of the public security system to the socialization. In the process of police image construction, the role of public opinion supervision is indispensable. Therefore, it is more and more urgent to strengthen and improve the relationship between police public opinion supervision and police image construction. Although after a few years, the supervision of public opinion involved in the police has developed in our country, which has played a certain role in promoting the public security organs, the police image construction and the media growth. However, the current situation of the two is still not optimistic, and the relationship between them needs to be further adjusted. The relationship between the two has to be further adjusted. In some media, the improper handling of the police's supervision and reporting by public opinion or even false reports, malicious comments, and some public security organs' resistance to the news media, Non-cooperation, in some places even appeared in the news media and public security organs tense confrontation. The healthy supervision of public opinion and the construction of good police image are of great significance to the modern society. It is necessary to analyze the relationship between the two from the standpoint of contradiction and unity of opposites and try to find a way to solve them so as to complete the reasonable construction. In order to achieve good interaction between the two sides, jointly promote and protect social justice.
