【摘要】：環(huán)境犯罪學是犯罪學的一個分支學科,它研究犯罪現象與空間、地理因素之間的關系。它起源于20世紀30年代芝加哥學派羅伯特.帕克和恩斯特.伯吉斯的研究。肖和麥凱的研究以及后來的機會理論和日常行為理論豐富了環(huán)境犯罪學。堅持樸素的唯物主義思想、實證主義方法論、以及現實主義和人道主義的雙重品格是環(huán)境犯罪學的理論貢獻。在實踐層面,它提供了情境犯罪預防的通用模式,并成為情報信息主導警務模式的根本性理論支柱。
[Abstract]:Environmental criminology is a branch of criminology, which studies the relationship between crime phenomenon and spatial and geographical factors. It originated in the Chicago school Robert in the 1930 s. Parker and Ernst. Burgess's study. Shaw and McKay's research and later opportunity theory and daily behavior theory enriched environmental criminology. Adhering to simple materialism, positivism methodology, and the dual character of realism and humanitarianism are the theoretical contributions of environmental criminology. On the practical level, it provides a general model of situational crime prevention and becomes the fundamental theoretical pillar of intelligence and information oriented policing model.
