【摘要】：全面掌握兇殺犯罪的事實(shí)狀況對于合理制定預(yù)防犯罪方略、有效打擊犯罪十分重要。筆者以北京市、深圳市和內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)近年來法院審理的2932例兇殺犯罪案件作為分析樣本,對這幾個地區(qū)的兇殺犯罪特點(diǎn)作了一些簡要?dú)w納,以期為相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開展進(jìn)一步深入研究提供基礎(chǔ)素材,更好地為預(yù)防犯罪服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:It is very important to grasp the factual situation of homicide crime in order to make a reasonable crime prevention strategy and fight crime effectively. Based on 2932 cases of homicide crimes tried by the courts of Beijing, Shenzhen and Inner Mongolia Autonomous region in recent years, the author makes a brief summary of the characteristics of homicide crimes in these areas. The aim is to provide basic materials for further research in related fields and better serve crime prevention.
