【摘要】：目的探討不同時代精神分裂癥兇殺案的特征及相關(guān)的精神病理學的差異。方法采用自編犯罪學調(diào)查表對2001- 2004年50例經(jīng)司法鑒定為精神分裂癥兇殺案(研究組),與1984-1986年50例司法鑒定為精神分裂癥兇殺案(對照組)進行比較。結(jié)果幻覺妄想均為這兩個年代兇殺行為的主要原因,但研究組的嫉妒妄想減少,關(guān)系妄想、夸大妄想及被控制體驗增加,受害的親屬中配偶減少。結(jié)論精神分裂癥兇殺行為存在穩(wěn)定的犯罪學特征。社會文化環(huán)境的變化可影響患者的精神病理癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics of schizophrenia homicide cases and the differences of psychopathology in different times. Methods A self-designed criminology questionnaire was used to compare 50 cases of schizophrenia homicide from 2001 to 2004 (study group) and 50 cases from 1984 to 1986 (control group). Results hallucination delusion was the main cause of homicide in these two decades, but the delusions of jealousy, relationship delusion, exaggerated delusion and controlled experience increased in the study group, and the number of spouses in the relatives of the victims decreased. Conclusion the homicidal behavior of schizophrenia has stable criminological characteristics. The change of social and cultural environment can affect the psychopathological symptoms of patients.
