摘要：

本文根據(jù)公眾安全感的概念架構(gòu)，初步確定能夠反應(yīng)公眾安全感的指標(biāo)因素，編制了“公眾安全感調(diào)查問(wèn)卷”表。在湖南省內(nèi)收集24519位公眾調(diào)查樣本，用Cronbach’s α系數(shù)信度，及θ系數(shù)、Ω系數(shù)信度和折半信度，，并結(jié)合主成份方法，對(duì)公眾安全感調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的信度和效度進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析和討論。最后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果，對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷表進(jìn)行局部修訂，修訂后問(wèn)卷的信度效度都有所提高。

Abstract： 

This paper has made a questionnaire about public sense of security. A total of 24519 persons in Hunan Province were interviewed. The coefficients (such as the Cronach's a, the θ and the Ω), the Split-half reliability and principal component analysis were used to analyze the data of questionnaire. The results were discussed in detail. Finally, the questionnaire was revised based on the analysis of the results. The consequent results according to the new questionnaire were better than the old ones.
