【摘要】：交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域是違法違紀(jì)、職務(wù)犯罪的多發(fā)區(qū)。如何建立和完善交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的監(jiān)督制約機(jī)制,提高預(yù)防職務(wù)犯罪的工作水平,是當(dāng)前亟須深入探討的重要課題。
[Abstract]:The traffic infrastructure construction domain is illegal violates the discipline, the duty crime frequent occurrence area. How to establish and perfect the supervision and restriction mechanism in the field of transportation infrastructure construction and how to improve the working level of preventing job-related crimes is an important subject that needs to be discussed in depth at present.
