【摘要】：當(dāng)前隨著視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,視頻監(jiān)控在我國刑事偵查中的應(yīng)用日益普遍。其在偵查中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)記錄了特定時(shí)空范圍內(nèi)人、事、物的行為軌跡,為偵查破案提供了直觀線索及訴訟證據(jù),已成為社會(huì)治安防控的重要手段。在其應(yīng)用價(jià)值日益凸顯的同時(shí),也伴隨產(chǎn)生了諸多問題。研究視頻監(jiān)控在我國刑事偵查中的應(yīng)用概況與應(yīng)用困境,探討完善對(duì)策,有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of video surveillance technology, the application of video surveillance in criminal investigation is becoming more and more common. Its application value in investigation is mainly reflected in the video surveillance system, which records the behavior track of people, things and objects in a specific time and space range, and provides visual clues and lawsuit evidence for investigation and solving cases, which has become an important means of public security prevention and control. At the same time, its application value is becoming more and more prominent, at the same time, it also produces many problems. It is of great practical significance to study the application of video surveillance in criminal investigation in China.
