【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的繼續(xù)進(jìn)行和社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,人口流動(dòng)越來(lái)越成為一種普遍而不可忽視的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象。將經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)引入人口流動(dòng)問(wèn)題分析,加強(qiáng)對(duì)人口流動(dòng)的管理具有一定的研究意義。我國(guó)特殊的戶(hù)籍制度就決定了我國(guó)人口流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,既具有明顯的自身特點(diǎn),又有著與國(guó)外人口流動(dòng)相同的規(guī)律。改革開(kāi)放三十多年來(lái),中國(guó)由于戶(hù)籍制度改革,其流動(dòng)人口無(wú)論從流動(dòng)規(guī)模上還是從流動(dòng)規(guī)律上,都與以往有所不同。重慶作為我國(guó)內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放的城市之一,在人口流動(dòng)上既具有自身的顯著特點(diǎn),又具有與全國(guó)人口流動(dòng)相似規(guī)律�；谌丝趯W(xué)與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視野下,從人口經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度出發(fā),研究重慶人口流動(dòng)具有一定的理論意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文在介紹了選題背景和研究意義下,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外人口流動(dòng)理論及人口流動(dòng)研究成果進(jìn)行了較為全面的總結(jié),提出了本文的研究思路、框架,并在簡(jiǎn)述此前人口流動(dòng)成果上,對(duì)人口流動(dòng)的概念作了界定。論文在分析了重慶市人口流動(dòng)的相關(guān)情況,進(jìn)而分析了重慶農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力外流的原因及流動(dòng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及其經(jīng)濟(jì)影響等,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)分析就重慶人口流動(dòng)對(duì)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系作了分析,提出了調(diào)控流動(dòng)人口適度發(fā)展、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)又好又快發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。論文在研究方法上可能有一定的創(chuàng)新,特別是通過(guò)研究重慶市人口流動(dòng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響的計(jì)量分析,可能得出了一些具有價(jià)值的結(jié)論與觀點(diǎn),將有助于有效地對(duì)重慶流動(dòng)人口實(shí)施監(jiān)管,并為其他一些地區(qū)提供可能的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform and opening up of China and the vigorous development of the socialist market economy, population mobility has become a universal and unnegligible social and economic phenomenon. It is of great significance to introduce economics and management into the analysis of population mobility and strengthen the management of population mobility. The special household registration system of our country determines the phenomenon of population mobility in our country, which has its own characteristics and the same law as that of foreign countries. Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the floating population in China is different from the past in terms of the scale of floating and the law of flow, due to the reform of the household registration system. As one of the open cities in the interior of China, Chongqing has its own remarkable characteristics and similar laws with the whole country. Based on the perspective of demography and economics, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the population mobility in Chongqing from the point of view of population economics. After introducing the background and significance of the research, the paper summarizes the theory of population mobility and the research results of population mobility in China and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and framework of this paper, and briefly describes the previous achievements of population mobility. The concept of population mobility is defined. The paper analyzes the related situation of Chongqing's population flow, and then analyzes the reasons for the outflow of rural labor force in Chongqing, the development trend of the migration and its economic impact, and on this basis, Based on the econometric analysis, this paper analyzes the relationship between Chongqing population mobility and urban economic development, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for regulating the moderate development of floating population and promoting the sound and rapid development of economy and society. There may be some innovations in the research methods, especially through the econometric analysis of the impact of population mobility on economic development in Chongqing, and some valuable conclusions and viewpoints may be drawn. It will help to effectively supervise the floating population in Chongqing and provide some possible reference for other regions.
