【摘要】: 犯罪網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析(Crime Network Analysis, CNA)是一種特殊的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析(Social Network Analysis, SNA),其特殊性在于所分析的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的節(jié)點是某一案件或一些案件的涉案人員及與之有聯(lián)系的其他人員,分析的目的是為國家司法(執(zhí)法)部門從事案件偵查、預(yù)防和打擊違法犯罪提供有效的情報信息。 S部門為應(yīng)對當前復(fù)雜的有組織犯罪案件偵查的需要,提出建立一個采用CNA技術(shù)、針對通信行為挖掘的偵查情報分析系統(tǒng)(代號TIQAS系統(tǒng))。本文對基于通信數(shù)據(jù)的CNA的相關(guān)方法、技術(shù)進行研究,給出了適于TIQAS系統(tǒng)的CNA的數(shù)學(xué)模型和流程模型,通過對有組織犯罪團伙的通信數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,挖掘出犯罪團伙的組成結(jié)構(gòu)、核心成員、行動規(guī)律等有價值信息,并將這些分析結(jié)果以圖形化的方式直觀展示出來。 本文首先對SNA和CNA的概念、方法和技術(shù)進行了介紹、論述。其次,本文結(jié)合TIQAS項目的有關(guān)情況,選用并論證了基于通信數(shù)據(jù)CNA方法和技術(shù),給出了具體的數(shù)學(xué)模型和分析流程模型,這是本文工作的重點。具體內(nèi)容包括:根據(jù)通信數(shù)據(jù)的特點,聯(lián)系有組織犯罪的特征和偵查經(jīng)驗,選用基于六度分割理論的4次迭代查詢來建立犯罪網(wǎng)絡(luò);采用基于最短路徑算法的核心挖掘方法;選取基于最近鄰層次聚類方法來進行子團伙劃分。接著,本文根據(jù)TIQAS系統(tǒng)的總體框架,對CNA模塊的犯罪網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立、核心挖掘、子團伙發(fā)現(xiàn)和子團伙位置劃分等功能進行了設(shè)計。再后,本文在J2EE架構(gòu)下,采用Java等開發(fā)語言對CNA模塊進行了實現(xiàn),并應(yīng)用一個實際案件的通信數(shù)據(jù)來對CNA模塊功能進行了驗證分析。最后,本文對整個論文的工作進行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Crime Network Analysis, CNA) is a special kind of social network analysis, social Network analysis, and its particularity lies in that the node of the social network analyzed is the person involved in a case or some cases and other persons connected with it. The purpose of the analysis is to provide effective information for the national judicial (law enforcement) department to carry out case investigation and to prevent and combat illegal crimes. In order to meet the needs of the investigation of complex organized crime cases, the S department proposes to establish an investigation information analysis system (code name TIQAS system), which adopts CNA technology and aims at the mining of communication behavior. In this paper, the related methods and techniques of CNA based on communication data are studied, and the mathematical model and process model of CNA suitable for TIQAS system are given. Through the analysis of the communication data of organized criminal groups, The valuable information, such as the structure of criminal gang, the core members, the law of action and so on, is excavated, and the results of these analysis are displayed visually in a graphical way. This paper first introduces the concepts, methods and techniques of SNA and CNA. Secondly, combined with the TIQAS project, this paper selects and demonstrates the method and technology of CNA based on communication data, and gives the specific mathematical model and analysis flow model, which is the focus of this paper. The specific contents include: according to the characteristics of communication data, considering the characteristics of organized crime and investigation experience, selecting four iterations based on the six-degree segmentation theory to establish the criminal network, adopting the core mining method based on the shortest path algorithm; Subgroups are partitioned based on nearest neighbor hierarchical clustering method. Then, according to the overall framework of the TIQAS system, this paper designs the functions of establishing the criminal network of the CNA module, mining the core, discovering the subgroup and dividing the location of the sub-group. Then, under the framework of J2EE, this paper uses Java and other development languages to implement the CNA module, and uses the communication data of an actual case to verify and analyze the function of the CNA module. Finally, this paper summarizes the work of the whole paper.
