【摘要】： 伴隨著我國(guó)女性犯罪率的上升,我國(guó)女性犯罪研究也越來(lái)越熱。但是大部分的研究主要從探析女性犯罪的外部原因或環(huán)境入手,較少關(guān)注女性犯罪的心理原因。本文依據(jù)犯罪心理學(xué)中的犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)理論,對(duì)我國(guó)女性故意犯罪心理進(jìn)行剖析,研究影響我國(guó)女性故意犯罪的主要心理因素。在女性犯罪的心理過(guò)程、個(gè)性傾向、個(gè)性特征和心理狀態(tài)四個(gè)層次對(duì)女性故意犯罪的心理原因作了深入的論述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者還依據(jù)我國(guó)女性故意犯罪的心理結(jié)構(gòu)特征,主張我國(guó)在預(yù)防女性犯罪心理形成、提高女性文化素質(zhì)和破壞已成的犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)等方面采取有效的措施,以大大減少我國(guó)女性犯罪的發(fā)生,從而為遏止我國(guó)女性犯罪率的上升和構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the increase of female crime rate, the research on female crime in our country is becoming more and more hot. However, most of the studies mainly focus on the external reasons or environment of female crime, less attention to the psychological reasons of female crime. Based on the theory of criminal psychological structure in criminal psychology, this paper analyzes the female intentional criminal psychology of our country, and studies the main psychological factors that affect the female intentional crime in our country. The psychological reasons of female intentional crime are discussed in four levels: psychological process, personality tendency, personality characteristic and psychological state. On this basis, according to the psychological structure characteristics of female intentional crime in China, the author advocates that China should take effective measures to prevent the formation of female criminal psychology, to improve women's cultural quality and to destroy the existing criminal psychological structure. In order to greatly reduce the occurrence of female crime in China, so as to curb the rise of female crime rate and build a harmonious society.
