【摘要】：各國(guó)警界選擇并運(yùn)用警察勤務(wù)方式的根據(jù)與警察體制模式 (大陸派警察模式或海洋派警察模式 )以及警察勤務(wù)風(fēng)格 (集中制、散在制、集中散在并用制 )有關(guān) ,更與能不能提高警察勤務(wù)效果有關(guān)。一般說(shuō)來(lái) ,對(duì)警察勤務(wù)方式的研究就是指對(duì)警察外勤勤務(wù)方式進(jìn)行研究。其主要勤務(wù)方式分為個(gè)別勤務(wù)和共同勤務(wù)兩類。個(gè)別勤務(wù)是以警察個(gè)體承擔(dān)勤務(wù)的方式 ,主要勤務(wù)方式是指勤區(qū)查察 ,主要工作項(xiàng)目有戶口查察、社區(qū)治安調(diào)查、促進(jìn)警民關(guān)系、為民服務(wù)及宣傳政令等 ;共同勤務(wù)指由警察局、警察分局或派出所內(nèi)警員按勤務(wù)分配表輪流交替互換實(shí)施的勤務(wù) ,勤務(wù)方式有巡邏、臨檢、守望、值班、備勤
[Abstract]:The basis for choosing and applying the police service mode in various countries is related to the police system model (continental police model or oceanic police model) and the police service style (centralism, scattered system, centralized scattered system). More and can improve the effectiveness of police service. Generally speaking, the research on the police service means to study the police field service. Its main service mode can be divided into individual service and common service. Individual duty is the way that individual police take charge of duty, the main duty way is to check the duty area, the main work items include household registration inspection, community security investigation, promoting the police community relationship, serving the people and publicizing the government order, etc. Common service refers to the service that is alternately performed by police officers in a police station, or police station in turn according to the duty distribution table. The service is carried out by means of patrol, temporary inspection, watch, duty, and readiness.
