【摘要】：群體性事件是社會變革、體制轉(zhuǎn)型、利益沖突、觀念碰撞的時代背景下,產(chǎn)生、蔓延和發(fā)展變化的一種社會現(xiàn)象,是各種社會矛盾綜合作用的表現(xiàn)形式。因此,建立一套完善的重大群體性事件源頭化解機制,應當分為三個層次:第一層次為情報監(jiān)控機制;第二層次為民怨化解機制;第三層次為矛盾緩和機制。
[Abstract]:The group event is a social phenomenon in the times background of social change, system transformation, conflict of interests and the collision of ideas. It is a manifestation of the comprehensive function of various social contradictions. Therefore, it should be divided into three levels: the first level is the feeling of feeling. The second level is the mechanism of public grievances and the third level is the mechanism of conflict mitigation.
