【摘要】：正今年8月12日起,北京作為四個試點城市之一的6個車管所同時開始發(fā)放“二○○二”式車牌,引起了社會各界的熱烈反響,投放第一天,就有2300多名車主申請到新車牌。有車族紛紛以擁有個性化車牌為榮。然而到8目21日,北京電視臺播出一條消息:個性化車牌將暫停發(fā)放,車管所重新發(fā)放九二式車牌,車管所新舊車牌的交接工作馬上停止。剛剛上演,即草草謝幕,如同一場鬧劇。人們不禁要問,個性車牌,究竟怎么了?
[Abstract]:On August 12 this year, six car management offices in Beijing, one of the four pilot cities, began issuing "2002-type" license plates at the same time, arousing a warm response from all walks of life.
