【摘要】：浙江一些農(nóng)村民營經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展 ,吸收了大量的外地勞動(dòng)力 ,促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展。但在一個(gè)村內(nèi) ,外來人口與本地人口長(zhǎng)期相處 ,卻不相往來 ,互不了解 ,形成兩個(gè)不同的生活世界 ,由此也帶來一些問題。如何使這兩個(gè)世界互相融合 ?本文通過對(duì)義烏市廿三里鎮(zhèn)后樂村的調(diào)查認(rèn)為 ,促進(jìn)外來人與本地人的融合 ,要積極吸收外地人參與當(dāng)?shù)厥聞?wù)的管理 ;對(duì)外來人員中符合一定條件的給予當(dāng)?shù)爻擎?zhèn)戶口。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of private economy in some rural areas of Zhejiang province absorbs a large number of foreign labor force and promotes the rapid development of economy. But in a village, the alien population and the local population get along for a long time, but do not interact with each other, do not understand each other, form two different life world, thus also bring some problems. How can the two worlds merge? Based on the investigation of Houle Village in Xisanli Town, Yiwu City, this paper holds that to promote the integration of outsiders with local people, we should actively attract outsiders to participate in the management of local affairs, and give local residents registered permanent residence in cities and towns who meet certain conditions.
