【摘要】：目的研究中國(guó)南方漢族群體中,擴(kuò)增產(chǎn)物片段長(zhǎng)度在180bp以下的9個(gè)Y染色體的短串聯(lián)重復(fù)(Y-shorttandemrepeat,Y-STR)基因座的遺傳多態(tài)性,并用于法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定。方法采用PCR復(fù)合擴(kuò)增和基因測(cè)序儀熒光檢測(cè)方法,檢測(cè)213個(gè)無(wú)關(guān)男性個(gè)體,調(diào)查南方漢族的9個(gè)Y-STR基因座的等位基因頻率和單倍型頻率,并對(duì)84對(duì)真父子和36對(duì)非父子的親子鑒定樣本進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果213個(gè)無(wú)關(guān)男性個(gè)體中,DYS426基因座檢出3個(gè)等位基因,DYS393、DYS460、DYS391和DYS389Ⅰ基因座均檢出了5個(gè)等位基因,DYS456基因座檢出6個(gè)等位基因,H4和DYS388基因座檢出7個(gè)等位基因,DYS
[Abstract]:Objective to study the genetic polymorphism of the short tandem repeat (STR) loci of 9 Y chromosomes with amplified product fragments below 180bp in the Han population of southern China, and to identify them in forensic medicine. Methods the allelic and haplotype frequencies of 9 Y-STR loci were investigated in 213 unrelated male individuals by PCR multiplex amplification and gene sequencing. The paternity test samples of 84 true parents and 36 non-paternal parents were tested. Results in 213 unrelated male individuals, 3 alleles were detected in DYS426 locus and 5 alleles were detected in DYS460DYS391 and DYS389 鈪，
