【摘要】：目的研究中國南方漢族群體中,擴(kuò)增產(chǎn)物片段長度在180bp以下的9個Y染色體的短串聯(lián)重復(fù)(Y-shorttandemrepeat,Y-STR)基因座的遺傳多態(tài)性,并用于法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定。方法采用PCR復(fù)合擴(kuò)增和基因測序儀熒光檢測方法,檢測213個無關(guān)男性個體,調(diào)查南方漢族的9個Y-STR基因座的等位基因頻率和單倍型頻率,并對84對真父子和36對非父子的親子鑒定樣本進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果213個無關(guān)男性個體中,DYS426基因座檢出3個等位基因,DYS393、DYS460、DYS391和DYS389Ⅰ基因座均檢出了5個等位基因,DYS456基因座檢出6個等位基因,H4和DYS388基因座檢出7個等位基因,DYS
[Abstract]:Objective to study the genetic polymorphism of the short tandem repeat (STR) loci of 9 Y chromosomes with amplified product fragments below 180bp in the Han population of southern China, and to identify them in forensic medicine. Methods the allelic and haplotype frequencies of 9 Y-STR loci were investigated in 213 unrelated male individuals by PCR multiplex amplification and gene sequencing. The paternity test samples of 84 true parents and 36 non-paternal parents were tested.
