【摘要】： 在理論上,關(guān)于個體為什么犯罪的心理學研究,生理和遺傳的研究、環(huán)境文化因素和政治原因的研究中,出現(xiàn)了很多關(guān)于犯罪形成原因的學說。由于影響一個人犯罪心理形成和犯罪行為發(fā)生的因素極其復雜,犯罪心理的形成和犯罪行為的發(fā)生具有不可忽視的個體差異性,所以現(xiàn)有犯罪心理學研究的結(jié)論還無法完全適用于每一個人和每一種情境,這就為繼續(xù)深入研究犯罪心理學的各種課題提供了必要背景。 為了進一步探索犯罪心理深層次的因素(主要指無意識),本文采用了理論研究與投射測驗(自編)相結(jié)合的方法。理論研究上,在運用相關(guān)資料進行文獻綜述、案例解說的同時,主要運用分析心理學家榮格關(guān)于意識、個人無意識、集體無意識以及無意識當中有關(guān)的概念和原理,來分析闡述犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)當中對犯罪心理起到發(fā)動、強化、控制、激發(fā)的因素。同時,也嘗試用佛學心理學的一些理論來闡釋犯罪無意識的形成機制。本研究認同犯罪心理結(jié)構(gòu)中主要心理因素有動力結(jié)構(gòu)、特征結(jié)構(gòu)、心理狀態(tài)、調(diào)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)等四個成分,本研究認為在這四個主要心理因素中,無意識心理內(nèi)容都對犯罪心理的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起到了一定作用。其中包括:動力結(jié)構(gòu)中反社會性的無意識、需要的無意識、犯罪的無意識動機;特征結(jié)構(gòu)中犯罪人原型;心理狀態(tài)中消極不良情緒的無意識根源;調(diào)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)中自我意識與無意識的相通、道德的無意識投射等。 實踐研究上,通過投射測驗方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)特定罪犯心理當中存在這樣一些無意識心理內(nèi)容,如對生命狀態(tài)的深層感觸、對權(quán)利的欲求和對心靈的拯救欲望等,并以榮格的無意識理論為基礎(chǔ)進行分析和闡釋。本文在關(guān)于為什么有些人犯罪而有些人不犯罪的心理原因之深層因素的研究作了積極的探索。 本研究基于對犯罪心理中無意識心理內(nèi)容的研究結(jié)論,從社會的道德深化和監(jiān)獄的道德建設兩方面對預防、抑制犯罪和進一步改造罪犯提出了構(gòu)想,強調(diào)指出:無意識心理內(nèi)容不會消除,要調(diào)節(jié)和控制無意識在犯罪心理中的作用,關(guān)鍵在于自我意識,而其基礎(chǔ)又在于必須要建立深化的道德感和自我意識的調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)。預防和抑制犯罪一直是研究犯罪的終極目標,把榮格的無意識理論、佛學心理學的一些理論與犯罪心理的影響因素相結(jié)合進行探討,將拓展犯罪心理學研究的視野。
[Abstract]:In theory, there are many theories about the causes of crime in psychology, physiology and heredity, environmental and cultural factors and political reasons. Due to the complexity of the factors affecting the formation of a person's criminal psychology and the occurrence of criminal behavior, the formation of criminal psychology and the occurrence of criminal behavior have individual differences that can not be ignored. Therefore, the existing conclusions of criminal psychology research can not be fully applied to every person and every situation, which provides the necessary background for the further study of various topics of criminal psychology. In order to further explore the deep-seated factors of criminal psychology (mainly unconsciousness), this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with projection test (self-compilation). In the theoretical research, in the use of relevant materials for literature review, case explanation, the main use of the analytical psychologist Jung about consciousness, individual unconscious, collective unconscious and unconscious related concepts and principles, To analyze the criminal psychological structure to start, strengthen, control and stimulate the factors of criminal psychology. At the same time, it also tries to explain the formation mechanism of criminal unconscious with some theories of Buddhist psychology. This study agrees that there are four main psychological factors in the criminal psychological structure: dynamic structure, characteristic structure, psychological state, and regulating structure. Unconscious psychological content has played a certain role in the emergence and development of criminal psychology. These include: the anti-social unconscious, the need of the unconscious, the unconscious motive of crime, the prototype of the criminal in the characteristic structure, the unconscious root of the negative emotion in the mental state, and the unconsciousness of the negative emotion in the mental state. Regulating the structure of self-consciousness and unconscious communication, the unconscious projection of morality, etc. In practical research, through projective test, it is found that there are some unconscious psychological contents in the psychology of a particular criminal, such as the deep feeling of life state, the desire for rights and the desire to save the soul, and so on. And on the basis of Jung's theory of unconscious analysis and interpretation. This paper makes a positive research on the deep psychological factors of why some people commit crimes and some people do not commit crimes. Based on the conclusion of the study of unconscious psychological content in criminal psychology, this study puts forward some ideas on prevention, suppression of crime and further reform of criminals from the aspects of social moral deepening and prison moral construction. It is emphasized that the content of unconscious psychology will not be eliminated. The key to regulate and control the role of unconscious in criminal psychology lies in self-consciousness, and its foundation lies in the establishment of a deep moral sense and self-consciousness regulating system. Prevention and suppression of crime has always been the ultimate goal of the study of crime. Combining Jung's unconscious theory, some theories of Buddhist psychology and the influence factors of criminal psychology, the perspective of criminal psychology will be expanded.
