【摘要】：公安高校偵查專業(yè)開設(shè)經(jīng)濟犯罪偵查專門化培養(yǎng)方向 ,具有歷史的必然性和突出的時代特征 ,與我國的法律制度及警務(wù)制度的改革密切相關(guān)。我國兩代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人十分重視打擊經(jīng)濟犯罪工作 ,他們所作的一系列重要指示 ,為開展經(jīng)偵理論研究和打擊經(jīng)濟犯罪工作提供了重要的理論基礎(chǔ)。我國經(jīng)濟犯罪的嚴重危害和加入WTO的經(jīng)濟形勢 ,迫切需要加強經(jīng)偵理論研究和經(jīng)偵工作。公安高等院校是培養(yǎng)合格偵查人才的主陣地 ,可采用多種方式培養(yǎng)經(jīng)偵人才 ,而重點抓好經(jīng)偵專門化方向培訓(xùn) ,不僅是現(xiàn)實斗爭形勢的需要 ,也是當前我國公安高校偵查專業(yè)實施教學(xué)改革的突破口。
[Abstract]:It has historical inevitability and prominent characteristics of times, and it is closely related to the reform of our country's legal system and police system. Two generations of central leaders attached great importance to the work of cracking down on economic crimes, and their series of important instructions provided an important theoretical basis for the theoretical study of economic investigation and the work of cracking down on economic crimes. The serious harm of our country's economic crime and the economic situation after China's entry into WTO, it is urgent to strengthen the research of economic investigation theory and the work of economic investigation. Public security colleges and universities are the main position for training qualified investigators. It is not only the need of the actual situation of struggle, but also the emphasis on the training of specialized direction of economic investigation, which can be used in various ways to train the talents of economic investigation. It is also a breakthrough in the teaching reform of investigation major in public security colleges and universities in our country.
