【摘要】：公安部石家莊會議后，石柱縣公安局黨委抓住機(jī)遇，，多次研究，反復(fù)論證，不惜人力、財(cái)力、物力，排除各種阻力，克服各方面的困難，使刑偵體制改革獲得成功，社會面控制能力大大提高。實(shí)踐表明，達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。存在問題：刑警數(shù)量、素質(zhì)和裝備還不完全適應(yīng)工作需要；破案經(jīng)費(fèi)得不到充分保障；刑警中隊(duì)在地域設(shè)置上還不盡合適；管理體制還有待進(jìn)一步理順。
[Abstract]:After the Shijiazhuang meeting of the Ministry of public security, the Party committee of the Shizhu County Public Security Bureau seized the opportunity and studied repeatedly, repeatedly demonstrating that the reform of the criminal investigation system was successful and the social control ability was greatly improved. The actual practice shows that the number of criminal police and the quality of the criminal police have been achieved. And the equipment does not fully meet the needs of the work; the outlay of the case is not fully guaranteed; the criminal police squadron is not suitable for the regional setup; the management system needs to be further straightened out.
