【摘要】：本研究通過對上海警察群體的心身耗竭現(xiàn)狀進行研究，探究上海警察這一特殊職業(yè)群體的心理壓力的情況；分析影響該群體心身耗竭的有關(guān)因素，探討人口學變量、應(yīng)對方式以及控制點結(jié)構(gòu)對于警察心身耗竭的作用與影響，在此基礎(chǔ)上嘗試構(gòu)建警察心身耗竭的心理學理論模型；并以此尋求改善該群體心理壓力的可能性，為有關(guān)部門及基層第一線的警察改善心理健康狀況提供客觀依據(jù)和適當?shù)膶Σ咝越ㄗh。同時，本研究也是心身耗竭研究在中國社會文化環(huán)境下的一次探索，對心身耗竭三個成分的關(guān)系也作了一定的理論探討。 本研究采用問卷調(diào)查和個案訪談的方式，對警察的心身耗竭現(xiàn)狀、應(yīng)對方式情況及控制點情況進行探究。研究結(jié)果表明：(1)上海警察情感枯竭程度較重，冷漠程度較輕，而保持著較高的職業(yè)效能感；(2)上海警察群體總體的心身耗竭狀況較為一致，人口學變量之間差異不大；(3)情感枯竭和冷漠關(guān)系較大，冷漠是情感枯竭繼續(xù)發(fā)展的結(jié)果。而職業(yè)效能感和兩者不存在明顯的關(guān)系，是獨立發(fā)展的。因此，研究結(jié)論支持Leiter的模型；(4)應(yīng)對方式和控制點對心身耗竭有影響。問題指向性應(yīng)對方式，特別是問題解決，，有助于緩解心身耗竭；而情緒指向性應(yīng)對方式會加重心身耗竭，但不會影響職業(yè)效能感。外控型警察表現(xiàn)出較高的情感枯竭和冷漠，而內(nèi)部控制點對于心身耗竭影響并不明顯。 根據(jù)上述研究結(jié)果，本研究提出如下建議：(1)幫助警察認清心身耗竭，針對個人情況進行調(diào)適；(2)推進心理學在警務(wù)工作中的全面應(yīng)用；(3)在人員安置、調(diào)度過程中盡可能合理配置；(4)建立良好的人際關(guān)系，加強與群眾的接觸；(5)建立科學的行為預警系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the current situation of psychosomatic exhaustion in Shanghai police group, this study explores the psychological stress of this special professional group of Shanghai police, analyzes the relevant factors that affect the mental and physical exhaustion of this group, and probes into the demographic variables. On the basis of the effects and effects of coping style and control point structure on police's mental and physical exhaustion, this paper tries to construct a psychological theoretical model of police's mental and physical exhaustion, and seeks to improve the possibility of psychological stress in this group. To provide objective basis and appropriate countermeasures for the relevant departments and the police at the grass-roots level to improve their mental health. At the same time, this study is also a study of psychosomatic exhaustion in the Chinese social and cultural environment, and the relationship between the three components of psychosomatic exhaustion is also discussed theoretically. In this study, the present situation of mental and physical exhaustion, coping style and control point of police were investigated by questionnaire and case interview. The results show that: 1) Shanghai police officers are more emotional exhausted, less apathetic, and maintain a higher sense of professional efficacy. 2) the overall mental and physical exhaustion of Shanghai police is consistent. (3) the relationship between emotional exhaustion and apathy is great. Apathy is the result of the continuous development of emotional exhaustion. However, there is no obvious relationship between occupational efficacy and both, and it develops independently. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that the coping style and control point of Leiter model can affect psychosomatic exhaustion. Problem-oriented coping styles, especially problem-solving, can help to alleviate psychosomatic exhaustion, while emotion-oriented coping styles can aggravate psychosomatic exhaustion, but will not affect occupational efficacy. The external control police showed high emotional exhaustion and apathy, while the internal control points had no obvious effect on mental and physical exhaustion. Based on the results of the above study, the following suggestions are put forward in this study:: 1) to help the police recognize mental and physical exhaustion, to adjust to their personal circumstances and to promote the comprehensive application of psychology in police work. In the process of dispatching, we should set up a good interpersonal relationship and strengthen the contact with the masses. (5) establish a scientific early warning system for behavior.
