【摘要】：此文針對水上交通肇事逃逸案的嚴重性和偵查逃逸案的特點和難點以及傳統偵查方法的不足,提出結合VTS高科技手段解決該難題的新方法并以實例加以論證。
[Abstract]:In view of the seriousness of escape cases of waterborne traffic accidents, the characteristics and difficulties of detecting escape cases and the shortcomings of traditional investigation methods, this paper puts forward a new method to solve the problem with VTS high-tech means and proves it with an example.
