【摘要】:死亡時間推斷是法醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)際工作中首先要解決的重要任務(wù)之一,但同時也是難點(diǎn)。準(zhǔn)確推斷死亡時間,在很大程度上能為刑事案件的偵破提供重要的線索,劃定偵察范圍,確定犯罪嫌疑人有無作案時間乃至確定案件性質(zhì)和闡明作案過程均有重要意義。同時,死亡時間推斷對保險理賠及財產(chǎn)繼承等民事案件也具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。幾個世紀(jì)以來,各國學(xué)者進(jìn)行了不斷探索。但時至今日,仍然不能準(zhǔn)確推斷。采用多種方法進(jìn)行綜合分析推斷,,仍然是基層實(shí)際工作解決問題最直接有效的辦法。 利用超生反應(yīng)推斷死亡時間對死亡早期的時間推斷具有重要的意義。自1780年德國學(xué)者Galvani發(fā)現(xiàn)了“動物電”(animal electricity)現(xiàn)象以來,許多學(xué)者開始了死亡后骨骼肌的電興奮性(electrical excitability of skeletal muscle postmortem)的研究。椐此用于死亡時間的推斷的研究開始于1800年(Nysten)。限于當(dāng)時科研手段及研究目的的局限,加上對一些現(xiàn)象尚不能認(rèn)識,且缺乏正確的理論支持和指導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致其早期成果的實(shí)用性和可靠性的不足。在利用超生反應(yīng)進(jìn)行死亡時間推斷方向的研究不多,大多數(shù)都僅限于大體形態(tài)學(xué)方面和機(jī)械性電興奮性方面的描
[Abstract]:The estimation of death time is one of the most important problems in forensic medicine, but it is also a difficult point. Accurately inferring the time of death can to a large extent provide important clues for the detection of criminal cases, delimit the scope of reconnaissance, determine whether the suspect has the time to commit a crime, even determine the nature of the case and clarify the course of the crime. At the same time, the estimation of death time is also of practical significance to civil cases such as insurance claims and property inheritance. Over the centuries, scholars from all over the world have been exploring. But today, still can not accurately infer. It is still the most direct and effective way to solve the problem by using various methods. It is important to infer the time of death in the early stage of death by using the supernatural reaction. Since the discovery of "animal electricity" by German scholar Galvani in 1780, many researchers have begun to study the electrical excitability of skeletal muscle after death. According to this study, the estimation of the time of death began in 1800. Limited to the limitations of scientific research methods and research purposes at that time, and the lack of correct theoretical support and guidance, the lack of practicability and reliability of its early achievements is due to the lack of understanding of some phenomena. There are few studies on the direction of estimating the time of death using superbiological reactions, most of which are limited to gross morphology and mechanical electrical excitability.
