【摘要】： 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將分散于世界各地的信息聯(lián)結(jié)起來(lái),成為吸納、交換、傳遞、品味信息和分享文明進(jìn)步的大平臺(tái),它增加了青少年吸收信息和知識(shí)的渠道,縮短了人際交往的時(shí)間和空間,成為推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。然而技術(shù)從來(lái)不是一個(gè)中立的力量,它往往是一把雙刃劍,網(wǎng)絡(luò)既有助于青少年開(kāi)闊視野,接受前衛(wèi)觀念,關(guān)注世界前沿問(wèn)題,又會(huì)傳播一些頹廢、黃色下流甚至反動(dòng)的垃圾信息,對(duì)青少年的健康成長(zhǎng)造成嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響,由此引發(fā)的青少年犯罪日益增多。近年來(lái),青少年因癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)而引發(fā)的違法犯罪案件呈上升趨勢(shì),并且成為青少年違法犯罪新態(tài)勢(shì)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)因癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)而導(dǎo)致違法犯罪的青少年以及相關(guān)案件的調(diào)查,試圖透過(guò)青少年因癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)導(dǎo)致身心發(fā)生變化而引發(fā)違法犯罪的現(xiàn)狀,分析了這一新的違法犯罪現(xiàn)象的特點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)生原因,結(jié)合預(yù)防青少年違法犯罪工作實(shí)踐,提出了預(yù)防青少年因癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)引發(fā)違法犯罪現(xiàn)象的對(duì)策。 本文從四個(gè)方面展開(kāi)論述。導(dǎo)論部分,論述了本選題的提出及其研究意義,研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與研究方法。第一部分,通過(guò)調(diào)閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和資料與調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)因癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)而導(dǎo)致違法犯罪是青少年違法犯罪的新動(dòng)向。第二部分,論述了癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)容易導(dǎo)致青少年違法犯罪,分析了癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)的青少年群體特點(diǎn),指出,青少年癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)極易引起他們的情緒失控,性格缺陷,心靈空虛,使得他們社會(huì)責(zé)任感減弱,道德觀念產(chǎn)生偏差,對(duì)法律制裁存在的僥幸心理,從而滑進(jìn)違法犯罪的深淵。第三部分分析了不良的家庭環(huán)境,學(xué)校教育的偏差,青少年社會(huì)教育的弱化,同齡伙伴的拉力,網(wǎng)吧的吸引力是導(dǎo)致青少年癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)的客觀因素。第四部分,針對(duì)青少年因癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)導(dǎo)致違法犯罪這一現(xiàn)象,提出要加強(qiáng)青少年教育和管理,以預(yù)防癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò);要構(gòu)建健康綠色的互聯(lián)網(wǎng),凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境以使青少年從癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)的深淵中拔身;針對(duì)因癡迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)而導(dǎo)致的違法犯罪,采取打擊與防范相結(jié)合,筑起青少年違法犯罪的有效防線。
[Abstract]:The Internet connects the information scattered around the world as a platform for absorbing, exchanging, transmitting, savoring information and sharing the progress of civilization, which increases the channels for young people to absorb information and knowledge. It shortens the time and space of interpersonal communication and becomes a powerful driving force to promote social development. However, technology has never been a neutral force. It is often a double-edged sword. The Internet not only helps young people broaden their horizons, accepts avant-garde ideas, pays attention to the world's frontier problems, but also spreads decadence. Pornographic and even reactionary junk information has a serious negative impact on the healthy growth of young people, resulting in an increasing number of juvenile delinquency. In recent years, juvenile delinquency cases caused by internet obsession are on the rise and become a new trend of juvenile delinquency. In this paper, through the investigation of the teenagers who committed crimes and related cases caused by the obsession with the Internet, we try to introduce the current situation of the illegal crimes caused by the changes of the body and mind caused by the infatuation of the Internet. This paper analyzes on the characteristics and causes of this new phenomenon of delinquency, and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent juvenile delinquency from infatuated with the Internet in combination with the practice of preventing juvenile delinquency. This paper discusses from four aspects. In the introduction part, it discusses the proposition of this topic and its research significance, research status, research ideas and research methods. The first part, through reading the relevant documents and materials and investigation and research, found that infatuation with the Internet led to delinquency is a new trend of juvenile delinquency. In the second part, the author discusses that Internet infatuation leads to juvenile delinquency, analyzes the characteristics of teenagers obsessed with internet, and points out that it is easy for teenagers to get out of control of their emotions, personality defects and emptiness of their hearts. It makes them lose their sense of social responsibility, deviate from their moral concept, and slip into the abyss of illegal crime. The third part analyzes the bad family environment, the deviation of school education, the weakening of youth social education, the pull of peer partners, and the attraction of Internet cafes. In the fourth part, aiming at the phenomenon that teenagers' infatuation with internet leads to delinquency, it is proposed to strengthen the education and management of teenagers in order to prevent infatuation with Internet, and to build a healthy and green Internet. In order to purify the network environment so as to extricate young people from the abyss of infatuation with the network, aiming at the illegal crimes caused by the infatuation of the network, we should combine the attack with the prevention, and build up the effective defense line for the teenagers to break the law and commit crimes.
