【摘要】：公安文化是公安隊(duì)伍存在和發(fā)展過程中創(chuàng)造形成并作為一種信息返轉(zhuǎn)作用于社會(huì)和公安隊(duì)伍自身的存在和發(fā)展的物質(zhì)和精神成果的總和。公安文化的主要傳播渠道是 :各種有形的物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品和可見的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu) ;各種以文字或錄音、錄像等形式保存下來的自身存在和發(fā)展的信息 ;公安隊(duì)伍自身。公安文化可以分為具有直接使用價(jià)值的物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品和自然科學(xué)、各種以復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的方式存在的公安文化、各種具有抽象意義的公安文化精神產(chǎn)品等三個(gè)主要類別。在新世紀(jì)廣泛的世界聯(lián)系中 ,公安文化的發(fā)展具有面臨著各種文化形態(tài) ,與西方警察文化既相互聯(lián)系又矛盾尖銳 ,在反思中推動(dòng)中國(guó)公安與世界警察接軌 ,在兩級(jí)對(duì)立中尋求發(fā)展等重要特征。
[Abstract]:The public security culture is the sum of the material and spiritual achievements created in the process of the existence and development of the public security team and formed as a kind of information returning to the existence and development of the society and the public security team itself. The main communication channels of public security culture are as follows: various tangible material products and visible social structure; all kinds of information which exist and develop in the form of words, audio and video recordings, etc.; the public security team itself. Public security culture can be divided into three main categories: material products with direct use value and natural sciences, various public security culture existing in complex system, and various kinds of abstract public security cultural spiritual products. In the extensive world contact in the new century, the development of the public security culture is faced with various cultural forms, and it is connected with the western police culture as well as the contradiction is sharp, and promotes the Chinese public security to connect with the world police in the introspection. Seek development and other important characteristics in two-level antagonism.
