【摘要】：預(yù)防和抑止大學(xué)生犯罪的刑事政策是必要和可行的。在預(yù)防和抑止大學(xué)生犯罪的過程中,應(yīng)體現(xiàn)社會防衛(wèi)思想和人道主義的刑事政策理念。應(yīng)當(dāng)建立司法、學(xué)校、社會三位一體的大學(xué)生犯罪預(yù)防網(wǎng)絡(luò),以社會治安綜合治理為主線,堅持教育、感化、挽救的原則和個別化處遇,維護(hù)大學(xué)正常教學(xué)管理秩序,并使已經(jīng)犯罪的大學(xué)生有利于接受教育改造和重返社會。
[Abstract]:It is necessary and feasible to prevent and suppress the crime of college students.In the process of preventing and suppressing college students' crime, we should embody social defense thought and humanitarianism criminal policy idea.It is necessary to establish a criminal prevention network of university students in the trinity of justice, school and society, take the comprehensive management of social security as the main line, adhere to the principles of education, influence, rescue and individualization, and maintain the normal order of teaching management in universities.And make the university students who have already committed crimes benefit to receive education reform and reintegrate into the society.
