【摘要】： 未成年人犯罪不僅在我國是一個比較突出的社會問題,也是世界范圍內(nèi)比較嚴(yán)重的社會問題。如何有效地遏制未成年人犯罪,培育未成年人健康成長,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的全面發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為學(xué)界和實(shí)踐部門越來越關(guān)注的重要問題之一。本文從分析轉(zhuǎn)型期我國未成年人犯罪的現(xiàn)狀入手,通過對影響未成年人犯罪的主客觀因素的分析,對轉(zhuǎn)型期我國社會的宏觀背景下如何預(yù)防和控制未成年人違法犯罪提出了一些相關(guān)對策。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is not only a prominent social problem in China, but also a serious social problem in the world.How to effectively curb juvenile delinquency, cultivate the healthy growth of minors, promote the overall development of economic and social, has become one of the more and more important issues that scholars and practice departments pay more and more attention to.Starting with the analysis of the current situation of juvenile delinquency in China during the transition period, this paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors affecting juvenile delinquency.This paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures on how to prevent and control juvenile delinquency under the macro background of our society in the transition period.
