【摘要】：本文通過研究內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)警察學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)了師資隊(duì)伍中存在的問題，提出了改進(jìn)對(duì)策和措施。 警察學(xué)校的教師就其職責(zé)來說，既是人民教師，又是人民警察，他們的素質(zhì)直接影響著未來公安人員的素質(zhì)，這就要求他們不僅要具備教師的素質(zhì)，同時(shí)，也應(yīng)具備警察的素質(zhì)。 警察學(xué)校教師素質(zhì)主要包括：政治思想與職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)、知識(shí)理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)素質(zhì)、能力素質(zhì)、身體和心理素質(zhì)、軍事素質(zhì)等五個(gè)方面。 提高警察學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)，應(yīng)從以下幾個(gè)方面入手：(1)堅(jiān)持“政治建警”原則，提高教師隊(duì)伍的思想品德素質(zhì)；(2)加強(qiáng)學(xué)歷再教育，，促進(jìn)教師隊(duì)伍高學(xué)歷化進(jìn)程；(3)加強(qiáng)教師在職培訓(xùn)，推進(jìn)警察學(xué)校教師的繼續(xù)教育；(4)注重科學(xué)研究，提高教師隊(duì)伍學(xué)術(shù)水平；(5)實(shí)行“雙向”交流，壯大“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍；(6)建立保障機(jī)制，保證教師隊(duì)伍優(yōu)化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:By studying the present situation of the teachers in Inner Mongolia Police School, this paper finds out the problems existing in the teaching staff, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the teaching staff.As far as their duties are concerned, the teachers of the police academy are both the people's teachers and the people's police officers. Their qualities directly affect the quality of the future public security personnel, which requires them not only to possess the qualities of teachers, but also to, at the same time,Should also have the quality of the police.The quality of teachers in police schools mainly includes five aspects: political thought and professional ethics, knowledge, theory and practice experience, ability, body and psychology, and military affairs.To improve the quality of teachers in police schools, we should start with the following aspects: 1) adhere to the principle of "building up police by politics", and (2) strengthen the education of academic qualifications and re-education by improving the ideological and moral qualities of teachers.To promote the process of improving the academic qualifications of the teachers; (3) to strengthen the in-service training of teachers; to promote the continuing education of teachers in police schools; (4) to pay attention to scientific research, and to raise the academic level of the teaching staff; and (5) to carry out "two-way" exchanges.Strengthen the "double-qualified" teachers (6) establish a guarantee mechanism to ensure the optimization of the construction of teachers.
