【摘要】： 近幾十年來，在世界范圍內(nèi)，女性犯罪以前所未有的速度逐年遞增，女性犯罪造成的社會危害也日益嚴重。然而，歷史上由于男性占據(jù)犯罪領(lǐng)域的主體地位，對女性犯罪的研究極度缺乏，相關(guān)學(xué)科多以男性犯罪作為研究重點，忽略女性犯罪，或者假設(shè)男性犯罪理論對女性犯罪有相同的解釋力。鑒于女性犯罪研究嚴重不足的現(xiàn)狀，本研究以心理學(xué)、犯罪學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科取得的最新研究成果為基礎(chǔ)，建構(gòu)女性犯罪行為發(fā)生的理論模型。研究認為，在人—情境—行為三者相互作用的動態(tài)系統(tǒng)中，女性犯罪者特殊的人—情境因素共同作用促發(fā)了犯罪行為，女性犯罪者的人—情境—行為系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)出獨特的動態(tài)模式。為此，研究選取反映個體總體心理特征的人格和反映個體解決問題特征的應(yīng)付方式作為人的因素，選取具有正向性質(zhì)的社會支持和具有負向性質(zhì)的負面生活事件作為情境因素，揭示這些因素在女性犯罪者的人—情境—行為系統(tǒng)中的作用，從而確立女性犯罪者的人—情境—行為的量化模型。 研究以有效樣本為925名的女性違法犯罪者為研究對象，涉及的犯罪類型有涉毒犯罪、盜竊犯罪、暴力犯罪、經(jīng)濟犯罪和詐騙犯罪以及利用邪教組織破壞法律實施罪；被收容教育的有賣淫違法行為的賣淫婦女作為參照研究。同時設(shè)置有效樣本為272名的男性犯罪者作為對照研究，，研究主要采用問卷法，選用的研究工具為：(1)艾森克人格問卷，(2)Carver的COPE量表，(3)肖水源的社會支持量表，(4)自編負面生活事件問卷，分別測量被試的人格、應(yīng)付方式、社會支持和負面生活事件。研究結(jié)果表明，女性犯罪者有獨特的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素特征，分別建立的女性犯罪行為類型和女性犯罪行為深度的子模型吻合本研究建構(gòu)的女性犯罪行為的理論模型，從而證實了本研究的理論建構(gòu)。研究獲得以下具體結(jié)論： 1．女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素與男性犯罪者和正常女性都有顯著差異，女性各犯罪類型之間在這些因素上也存在顯著差異。在人格特征上，女性犯罪者的人格總體上趨向于男性犯罪者的人格特征，顯示人格的P(精神質(zhì))、E(外內(nèi)向)、N(神經(jīng)質(zhì))維度的“三高”特征；而涉毒，盜竊、暴力犯罪者的人格的“三高”特征 比其它犯罪類型的女犯更突出。在應(yīng)付方式上，總體上，女性犯罪 者比男性犯罪者較少采用積極主動的應(yīng)付方式，也較少采用消極尋 求解脫和尋求社會支持的應(yīng)付方式；但女性各犯罪類型間的應(yīng)付方 式存在顯著差異。在負面生活事件上，總體上，女性犯罪者經(jīng)歷的 負面生活事件總量多于男性犯罪者；但女性各犯罪類型間經(jīng)歷的負 面生活事件總量有顯著差異；在社會支持上，總體上，女性犯罪者 獲得的社會支持總量比男性多，但女性各犯罪類型間獲得的社會支 持總量存在顯著差異。 2．女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素對女性選擇某種類型犯罪 有不同影響。人格、應(yīng)付方式、社會支持對女性犯罪者選擇犯罪類 型有顯著影響，而負面生活事件對女性犯罪者選擇犯罪類型沒有顯 著影響，建立了女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、社會支持與犯罪行 為類型的子模型。不同犯罪類型的女性犯罪者有不同的LOgistiO回歸 模型。 3．女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素對女性犯罪行為深度有不 同影響。人格、應(yīng)付方式、負面生活事件對女性犯罪行為深度有顯 著影響，而社會支持對女性犯罪行為深度沒有顯著影響，建立了人 格、應(yīng)付方式、負面生活事件與犯罪行為深度的子模型。人格、應(yīng) 付方式、負面生活事件中的！2個因素對女性犯罪行為深度有不同影 響，它們建立的線性回歸方程顯著。女性犯罪者犯罪行為深度的回 歸方程進入的因素和因素順序與男性犯罪者的回歸方程有差異。女 性各犯罪類型的犯罪行為深度回歸方程也存在差異，它們都有不同 的線性回歸方程。
[Abstract]:In recent decades , in the world , female crime has been increasing year by year , and the social harm caused by female crime is becoming more and more serious .









The study is based on the effective sample of 925 female offenders , involving drug - related crime , theft of crime , violent crime , economic crime and fraud crime , as well as the use of cults to undermine the law enforcement crime ;
The research results show that female offenders have unique personality , coping styles , social support and negative life events .
