【摘要】： 近幾十年來(lái)，在世界范圍內(nèi)，女性犯罪以前所未有的速度逐年遞增，女性犯罪造成的社會(huì)危害也日益嚴(yán)重。然而，歷史上由于男性占據(jù)犯罪領(lǐng)域的主體地位，對(duì)女性犯罪的研究極度缺乏，相關(guān)學(xué)科多以男性犯罪作為研究重點(diǎn)，忽略女性犯罪，或者假設(shè)男性犯罪理論對(duì)女性犯罪有相同的解釋力。鑒于女性犯罪研究嚴(yán)重不足的現(xiàn)狀，本研究以心理學(xué)、犯罪學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科取得的最新研究成果為基礎(chǔ)，建構(gòu)女性犯罪行為發(fā)生的理論模型。研究認(rèn)為，在人—情境—行為三者相互作用的動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)中，女性犯罪者特殊的人—情境因素共同作用促發(fā)了犯罪行為，女性犯罪者的人—情境—行為系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)出獨(dú)特的動(dòng)態(tài)模式。為此，研究選取反映個(gè)體總體心理特征的人格和反映個(gè)體解決問(wèn)題特征的應(yīng)付方式作為人的因素，選取具有正向性質(zhì)的社會(huì)支持和具有負(fù)向性質(zhì)的負(fù)面生活事件作為情境因素，揭示這些因素在女性犯罪者的人—情境—行為系統(tǒng)中的作用，從而確立女性犯罪者的人—情境—行為的量化模型。 研究以有效樣本為925名的女性違法犯罪者為研究對(duì)象，涉及的犯罪類(lèi)型有涉毒犯罪、盜竊犯罪、暴力犯罪、經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪和詐騙犯罪以及利用邪教組織破壞法律實(shí)施罪；被收容教育的有賣(mài)淫違法行為的賣(mài)淫婦女作為參照研究。同時(shí)設(shè)置有效樣本為272名的男性犯罪者作為對(duì)照研究，，研究主要采用問(wèn)卷法，選用的研究工具為：(1)艾森克人格問(wèn)卷，(2)Carver的COPE量表，(3)肖水源的社會(huì)支持量表，(4)自編負(fù)面生活事件問(wèn)卷，分別測(cè)量被試的人格、應(yīng)付方式、社會(huì)支持和負(fù)面生活事件。研究結(jié)果表明，女性犯罪者有獨(dú)特的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素特征，分別建立的女性犯罪行為類(lèi)型和女性犯罪行為深度的子模型吻合本研究建構(gòu)的女性犯罪行為的理論模型，從而證實(shí)了本研究的理論建構(gòu)。研究獲得以下具體結(jié)論： 1．女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素與男性犯罪者和正常女性都有顯著差異，女性各犯罪類(lèi)型之間在這些因素上也存在顯著差異。在人格特征上，女性犯罪者的人格總體上趨向于男性犯罪者的人格特征，顯示人格的P(精神質(zhì))、E(外內(nèi)向)、N(神經(jīng)質(zhì))維度的“三高”特征；而涉毒，盜竊、暴力犯罪者的人格的“三高”特征 比其它犯罪類(lèi)型的女犯更突出。在應(yīng)付方式上，總體上，女性犯罪 者比男性犯罪者較少采用積極主動(dòng)的應(yīng)付方式，也較少采用消極尋 求解脫和尋求社會(huì)支持的應(yīng)付方式；但女性各犯罪類(lèi)型間的應(yīng)付方 式存在顯著差異。在負(fù)面生活事件上，總體上，女性犯罪者經(jīng)歷的 負(fù)面生活事件總量多于男性犯罪者；但女性各犯罪類(lèi)型間經(jīng)歷的負(fù) 面生活事件總量有顯著差異；在社會(huì)支持上，總體上，女性犯罪者 獲得的社會(huì)支持總量比男性多，但女性各犯罪類(lèi)型間獲得的社會(huì)支 持總量存在顯著差異。 2．女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素對(duì)女性選擇某種類(lèi)型犯罪 有不同影響。人格、應(yīng)付方式、社會(huì)支持對(duì)女性犯罪者選擇犯罪類(lèi) 型有顯著影響，而負(fù)面生活事件對(duì)女性犯罪者選擇犯罪類(lèi)型沒(méi)有顯 著影響，建立了女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、社會(huì)支持與犯罪行 為類(lèi)型的子模型。不同犯罪類(lèi)型的女性犯罪者有不同的LOgistiO回歸 模型。 3．女性犯罪者的人格、應(yīng)付方式、情境因素對(duì)女性犯罪行為深度有不 同影響。人格、應(yīng)付方式、負(fù)面生活事件對(duì)女性犯罪行為深度有顯 著影響，而社會(huì)支持對(duì)女性犯罪行為深度沒(méi)有顯著影響，建立了人 格、應(yīng)付方式、負(fù)面生活事件與犯罪行為深度的子模型。人格、應(yīng) 付方式、負(fù)面生活事件中的！2個(gè)因素對(duì)女性犯罪行為深度有不同影 響，它們建立的線性回歸方程顯著。女性犯罪者犯罪行為深度的回 歸方程進(jìn)入的因素和因素順序與男性犯罪者的回歸方程有差異。女 性各犯罪類(lèi)型的犯罪行為深度回歸方程也存在差異，它們都有不同 的線性回歸方程。
[Abstract]:In recent decades , in the world , female crime has been increasing year by year , and the social harm caused by female crime is becoming more and more serious .









The study is based on the effective sample of 925 female offenders , involving drug - related crime , theft of crime , violent crime , economic crime and fraud crime , as well as the use of cults to undermine the law enforcement crime ;
The research results show that female offenders have unique personality , coping styles , social support and negative life events .
