青少年犯罪危險因素的病例對照研究

【摘要】: 目的: 了解犯罪青少年的個性心理特征,探討青少年犯罪的危險因素。 方法: 采用病例對照研究方法,以福建省少管所全部在管男性少年犯為病例組,以中學(xué)男性學(xué)生為對照組,采用艾森克人格測驗量表和基本情況問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查,收集資料,應(yīng)用logistic回歸統(tǒng)計分析方法,篩選青少年犯罪的危險因素,用相乘模型判斷主要危險因素間的交互作用。 結(jié)果: 獲得有效問卷病例組108份,對照組146份;經(jīng)統(tǒng)計分析,結(jié)果表明,犯罪組在E(內(nèi)外向)、N(情緒性)、P(精神質(zhì))三個分量上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分值顯著高于對照組;研究變量經(jīng)單因素logistic回歸篩選后,再經(jīng)多因素logistic回歸分析,進(jìn)入模型方程且有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義的因素是:喜歡看不良錄像小說(OR=12.635, 95%CI 2.682~59.532)、有打架斗毆行為(OR=4.982, 95%CI 2.169~11.443)、高N分(OR=4.410,95%CI 1.874~10.377)、老師不良教育方式(OR=4.151, 95%CI 1.086~15.864)、業(yè)余上網(wǎng)泡吧(OR=3.993, 95%CI 1.515~10.527)、高P分(OR=3.026,95%CI 1.259~7.277)、家庭不良教育方式(OR=2.635, 95%CI 1.102~6.301)、家庭月收入低(OR=2.119,95%CI 1.418~3.166);個性心理特征危險因素與環(huán)境危險因素存在交互作用,當(dāng)二者共同存在時顯著增強(qiáng)了青少年犯罪的危險。 結(jié)論: 個性心理偏激(高N分、高P分)、不良的社會環(huán)境因素影響是青少年犯罪的主要原因,二者間存在相乘的交互作用,會極大增高青少年犯罪的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective:. To understand the psychological characteristics of juvenile delinquents and explore the risk factors of juvenile delinquency. Methods:. A case-control study was carried out using the Eysenck Personality Test scale (Eysenck Personality questionnaire) and the basic condition questionnaire (BSS) to collect data. The logistic regression statistical analysis method was used to screen the risk factors of juvenile delinquency and the multiplicative model was used to judge the interaction between the main risk factors. Results:. 108 effective questionnaires were obtained in the case group and 146 in the control group. The results of statistical analysis showed that the standard scores of the three components of E- (E-) in the crime group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The variables were screened by univariate logistic regression and then by multivariate logistic regression analysis. The factors that enter the model equation and have statistical significance are as follows: likes to read bad video novels: OR12.635, 95%CI 2.682, 59.532, fights and fights, 95%CI 2.169, 11.443, high N, OR4.41095, CI 1.87410.377, teachers' bad education methods, OR4.151, 95%CI 1.086, 15.864, 95%CI 1.515 / 10.527, 95%CI 1.51515 / 10.527, high P, OR3.026c95 / 95 CI 1.2599 / 7.277. The bad family education mode was 2.635, 95%CI 1.102 / 6.301, low monthly household income 2.11995 / 95 CI 1.418183.166, and the risk factors of personality psychological characteristics and environmental risk factors interacted. When the two exist together, they significantly increase the risk of juvenile delinquency. Conclusion:. The personality psychology extreme (high N score, high P score, bad social environment factor influence is the main reason of juvenile delinquency), the interaction between the two factors will greatly increase the risk of juvenile delinquency.
