【摘要】：以舊時(shí)計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)為背景建立和完善起來(lái)的中國(guó)戶(hù)籍制度構(gòu)筑了城市中國(guó)與鄉(xiāng)土中國(guó)的分立壁壘。一方面,衍生在制度之上的各種特權(quán)與利益分配使得戶(hù)籍制度改革錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,也給現(xiàn)行城市化進(jìn)程設(shè)置了重重障礙,延緩了城市化的推進(jìn);但另一方面,城市化的滯后發(fā)展,城市公共資源的有限性,也構(gòu)成了戶(hù)籍制度改革的“瓶頸”。
[Abstract]:China's household registration system, which was established and perfected under the background of the old planned economy, has constructed a separate barrier between urban China and rural China. On the one hand, various privileges and benefit distribution derived from the system make the reform of the household registration system complicated. On the other hand, the lagging development of urbanization and the limitation of urban public resources also constitute the "bottleneck" of the reform of household registration system.
