【摘要】：案件消息是以簡(jiǎn)要的文字迅速報(bào)道案件發(fā)生和公安機(jī)關(guān)、人民法院、人民檢察院對(duì)案件的處理的一種新聞體裁。它的新聞價(jià)值在于 :可以向公眾提供社會(huì)安全的信息和禁止性行為示范 ,對(duì)公眾起到一種警示作用。案件消息的傳播應(yīng)遵循數(shù)量控制原則、處理結(jié)果優(yōu)先報(bào)道原則、負(fù)面報(bào)道正面效應(yīng)原則、不影響法律評(píng)判原則。案件消息要有明確的傾向性。根據(jù)反映的內(nèi)容 ,案件消息可以分為案發(fā)消息、判決消息、破案消息三種形式。
[Abstract]:The news of the case is to report the occurrence of the case and the public security organs and people's courts promptly in a brief text. A journalistic genre of the people's Procuratorate's handling of cases. Its journalistic value lies in providing the public with information on social security and the prohibition of sexual behavior. The dissemination of case information should follow the principle of quantitative control, the principle of priority reporting of processing results, and the principle of positive effect of negative reports. According to the content, the case information can be divided into three forms: the case message, the judgment message and the case solving message.
