【摘要】：加入 110體系后大大提高了水土保持在社會上的影響力 ,提高了水土保持監(jiān)督執(zhí)法部門的能力和水平 ,同時也有利于案件的公正查處 ,從而提高執(zhí)法的公信力。加入 110體系作為水保執(zhí)法的一種途徑或手段創(chuàng)新 ,具有重要推廣價值 ,但不能以此代替水保執(zhí)法的全部。
[Abstract]:After joining the 110 system, the influence of soil and water conservation on society has been greatly enhanced, the ability and level of the law enforcement departments of soil and water conservation supervision and enforcement have been improved, and it is also conducive to the impartial investigation and handling of cases. So as to improve the credibility of law enforcement, joining the 110 system as a way or means of innovation of soil and water conservation law enforcement, has an important promotion value, but can not replace the whole of soil and water conservation law enforcement.
