【摘要】：盜竊案件因為行為人的不同使內(nèi)盜、外盜和內(nèi)外勾結(jié)盜竊案件各自具有不同的特點。盜竊案件有多發(fā)性、流動性、智能性發(fā)展趨勢。盜竊案件的偵查要認真收集犯罪證據(jù),及時調(diào)查詢問,分析判斷案件性質(zhì),運用相關手段,盡快偵破案件。偵查觀念也應由"從案到人,從供到證"轉(zhuǎn)變到"從人到案.從證到供"上來。
[Abstract]:Theft cases have different characteristics because of the different actors. The theft cases have their own characteristics. The theft cases have the tendency of frequent, mobile and intelligent development. The investigation of the theft cases should collect the evidence of the crime seriously. Timely investigation and inquiry, analyzing and judging the nature of the case, using relevant means to solve the case as soon as possible. The concept of investigation should also be changed from "from case to person, from supply to evidence" to "from person to case, from evidence to evidence".
