【摘要】： 當前我省黑社會性質組織犯罪的形勢非常嚴峻，各種團伙犯罪正不斷地向黑社會(性質)組織演化，對社會治安造成了極大的危害，這引起了務實界和學界的關注。相關探討缺乏系統(tǒng)性和深入性，種種因素構成筆者對該類犯罪探究的重要原因。 文章第一章簡介黑社會性質組織的概念和特點并就國內外該類犯罪的情況作了說明，使人們對黑社會性質組織的全貌有一個比較清晰的認識。第二章重點考察四川黑社會性質組織的現(xiàn)狀、特點，，根據四川的人文、自然實際情況闡述該類犯罪的發(fā)展趨勢。 第三章探討四川黑社會性質組織產生的原因。筆者主要從歷史、經濟、政治、社會、文化等方面來分析黑社會性質組織生成和發(fā)展的原因并輔以案例加以說明。從深層次解析黑社會性質組織產生的根本性因素和催化因素。 第四章從犯罪預防的角度論述黑社會性質組織犯罪控制和防范的措施；然后立足于四川的實際情況，從社會控制、文化領域的管理、訴訟立法、反腐敗、涉黑案件偵查等方面提出控制黑社會性質組織犯罪的對策。
[Abstract]:At present, the situation of organized crime of underworld nature in our province is very serious. Various gang crimes are constantly evolving into triad (nature) organizations, which have caused great harm to public order. This has aroused the attention of the practical circle and the academic circles. The related discussion lacks the systematization and the thorough nature, and various factors constitute the important reason of the author's inquiry into this kind of crime. In the first chapter, the concept and characteristics of underworld organizations are briefly introduced, and the situation of this kind of crime at home and abroad is explained. The second chapter focuses on the investigation of the present situation and characteristics of the underworld organizations in Sichuan Province, and expounds the development trend of this kind of crimes according to the humanities and natural conditions of Sichuan. The third chapter discusses the causes of the formation of triad organizations in Sichuan. The author mainly discusses the history, economy, politics and society. This paper analyzes the causes of the formation and development of underworld organizations from the aspects of culture, and explains them with examples, and analyzes the fundamental and catalytic factors of the formation of underworld organizations at a deep level. Chapter 4th discusses the crime control and prevention measures of underworld organizations from the angle of crime prevention, and then based on the actual situation in Sichuan, from the social control, cultural field management, litigation legislation, anti-corruption, This paper puts forward some countermeasures to control the organized crime of triad nature in the investigation of criminal cases.
