【摘要】： 在精神正常人群中，暴力罪犯和非罪犯有人格方面的差異，精神分裂癥患者和精神正常者的攻擊行為也有不同的人格基礎(chǔ)。自從上個世紀(jì)70年代以來，國內(nèi)外的學(xué)者對此進行了廣泛深入的研究，產(chǎn)生了大量的研究成果，但是結(jié)論尚未統(tǒng)一，這可能是所采用的攻擊行為和暴力行為的定義不同和人格的測量工具不同等而造成的。 本研究對有無暴力行為的精神分裂癥患者進行對照，，以MMPI作為測量人格的工具，以BPRS作為區(qū)別癥狀類型和疾病嚴(yán)重程度的工具。并且，對精神分裂癥患者的有無暴力行為加以嚴(yán)格的界定，從而拉開研究組和對照組之間的距離。 研究結(jié)果表明：1．研究組和對照組在MMPI的疑病(Hs)、心理變態(tài)(Pd)、偏執(zhí)(Pa)、精神衰弱(Pt)、精神分裂(Sc)、輕躁狂(Ma)、社會內(nèi)向(Si)這七個人格特征方面的差異非常顯著(P＜0.01)，在職業(yè)為農(nóng)民、工人；文化程度為小學(xué)、大學(xué)以上的差異也非常顯著(P＜0.01)。2．職業(yè)為農(nóng)民、偏執(zhí)和心理變態(tài)三項對精神分裂癥患者的暴力行為具有預(yù)測意義。
[Abstract]:In people with mental health, violent offenders and non-criminals have personality differences, and the aggressive behavior of schizophrenics and normal people has a different personality base. Since -30s, Scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive and in-depth research on this, and produced a large number of research results, but the conclusion has not yet unified, which may be caused by the different definitions of aggression and violence and the different measuring tools of personality. This study compared schizophrenics with or without violence, using MMPI as a measure of personality and BPRS as a tool to distinguish the type of symptoms from the severity of the disease. The study group and the control group were separated by a strict definition of violence in schizophrenic patients. The results showed that there were significant differences between the study group and the control group in the seven personality traits of MMPI's hypochondriasis, psychopathic disorder, paranoia, psychasthenia, schizophrenia, hypomania, hypomania and social introversion (P < 0.01). The education level was primary school, and the difference above university was also very significant (P < 0.01). The occupation of farmer, paranoid ideation and psychosis had predictive significance to the violent behavior of schizophrenic patients (P < 0. 01, P < 0. 01, P < 0. 01, P < 0. 01, respectively).
