【摘要】：近年來中國公民海外遇襲遇險事件呈增長趨勢,其原因在于:我國出境人數(shù)的大量增加、國際恐怖主義的猖獗、經(jīng)濟利益的沖突、文化傳統(tǒng)習俗的潛在影響、社會騷亂等突發(fā)性事件的危害等。加強中國公民海外安全保護已成為我國急需解決的重要問題之一。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidents of overseas attacks and distress of Chinese citizens have shown an increasing trend. The reasons are: the large increase in the number of Chinese nationals leaving the country, the rampant international terrorism, the conflict of economic interests, the potential impact of cultural traditions and customs, Strengthening the overseas security protection of Chinese citizens has become one of the most important problems that our country urgently needs to solve.
