【摘要】： 改革開放以來,我國(guó)的大學(xué)生犯罪呈現(xiàn)出逐年上升的趨勢(shì),犯罪人數(shù)在增多,惡性在增加,并且犯罪的類型與動(dòng)機(jī)也呈現(xiàn)出了多樣性的特點(diǎn),已經(jīng)受到社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。在學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪現(xiàn)象、犯罪原因及犯罪預(yù)防的研究也從未間斷,并且取得了一定的研究成果。 但是,縱觀以往的大學(xué)生犯罪研究,多是以大學(xué)生個(gè)體因素或是單一社會(huì)因素為出發(fā)點(diǎn),來研究大學(xué)生犯罪的成因及提出相應(yīng)的預(yù)防政策,少有從整體上考察我國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)情境,將大學(xué)生犯罪置于當(dāng)今中國(guó)特殊的社會(huì)背景下,將時(shí)代特點(diǎn)與大學(xué)生犯罪現(xiàn)象做對(duì)應(yīng)性的研究,探討大學(xué)生犯罪的社會(huì)成因,并給出適合我國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)國(guó)情的全面系統(tǒng)的大學(xué)生犯罪預(yù)防對(duì)策。 本文將應(yīng)用越軌社會(huì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合我國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)情境,把對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪現(xiàn)象的考察與社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的時(shí)代特征相結(jié)合,全面的、整合性的探討大學(xué)生犯罪的社會(huì)成因并給出相應(yīng)的大學(xué)生犯罪預(yù)防政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the crime of college students in our country has been increasing year by year, the number of crimes is increasing, the number of crimes is increasing, and the types and motives of crimes are also showing the characteristics of diversity. The research on the phenomenon, cause and prevention of college students' crime has never stopped, and some research results have been obtained. However, throughout the past research on college students' crime, most of them take college students' individual factors or single social factors as the starting point to study the causes of college students' crimes and put forward the corresponding preventive policies. It is rare to investigate the reality social situation of our country from the whole view, to put the crime of college students under the special social background of today's China, to make a corresponding study on the characteristics of the times and the phenomenon of college students' crimes, and to probe into the social causes of the crime of college students. And gives the comprehensive and systematic crime prevention countermeasures suitable for the reality of our country. This paper will apply the relevant theory of transgressive sociology, combine the realistic social situation of our country, combine the investigation of the phenomenon of college students' crime with the characteristics of the times in the social transition period, comprehensive, This paper probes into the social causes of college students' crime and gives some suggestions on the prevention of college students' crime.
