【摘要】：職務(wù)犯罪偵查目標(biāo)任務(wù)建設(shè),是在科學(xué)劃分偵查環(huán)節(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)偵查規(guī)律明確各環(huán)節(jié)的工作目標(biāo)及其實現(xiàn)手段,并使各環(huán)節(jié)的目標(biāo)任務(wù)之間相互銜接,形成目標(biāo)體系。這一目標(biāo)體系的建立有助于指導(dǎo)偵查實踐,實現(xiàn)偵查業(yè)務(wù)的規(guī)范化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The construction of the target task of duty crime investigation is based on the scientific division of the investigation links, the work objectives of each link and its means of realization are clearly defined according to the law of investigation, and the target tasks of each link are connected with each other. The establishment of the target system is helpful to guide the investigation practice and realize the standardization construction of the investigation business.
