【摘要】： 青少年犯罪，是當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)所共同面臨的社會(huì)難題。由于我國(guó)正處在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌的歷史發(fā)展時(shí)期，隨著改革的深化和開(kāi)放的擴(kuò)大，人們?cè)谛睦砩辖?jīng)受著強(qiáng)烈的、持續(xù)性的沖擊和震撼。而青少年一方面要承受這樣強(qiáng)烈的、持續(xù)性的沖擊和震撼，另一方面又心理脆弱，，承受能力差的弱勢(shì)群體，兩者的交叉是青少年由心理障礙或心理疾病引發(fā)的惡性事件頻頻發(fā)生的社會(huì)條件，這就決定了我國(guó)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)青少年心理問(wèn)題的多發(fā)期。從社會(huì)心理學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，抓住個(gè)體心理與社會(huì)環(huán)境的相互作用，分析青少年犯罪的社會(huì)心理特征及社會(huì)誘因，提出有效抑制青少年犯罪的對(duì)策，是本論文的中心目的。 本文分三個(gè)部分。第一部分，用社會(huì)學(xué)的方法論對(duì)犯罪青少年心理特征進(jìn)行分析。第二部分，對(duì)分五個(gè)層面對(duì)導(dǎo)致犯罪青少年不良心理形成的社會(huì)誘因進(jìn)行剖析。第三部分，在前兩部分掌握的規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上，提出抑制犯罪的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a common social problem all over the world. As our country is in the period of social transformation and economic transition, with the deepening of reform and the expansion of opening up, people are experiencing a strong psychological situation. Sustained shocks and shocks. On the one hand, young people have to bear such strong, sustained shocks and shocks; on the other hand, they are psychologically vulnerable and bear vulnerable groups with poor abilities. The intersection of the two is the social condition under which the malignant events caused by psychological disorders or mental diseases occur frequently, which determines that China has entered a period of frequent psychological problems among teenagers. From the perspective of social psychology, The central purpose of this thesis is to grasp the interaction between individual psychology and social environment, to analyze the social psychological characteristics and social inducements of juvenile delinquency, and to put forward effective countermeasures to suppress juvenile delinquency. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the psychological characteristics of juvenile delinquents with the methodology of sociology. The second part analyzes the social inducements that lead to the formation of unhealthy psychology of juvenile delinquents in five levels. The third part, On the basis of the law of the first two parts, the author puts forward the countermeasures to restrain the crime.
